  • Publication number: 20180347670
Abstract: Provided is a dual-clutch transmission, including a dual-clutch device 20; a first primary gear train 41 for transmitting power from a first input shaft 31 to a subsidiary shaft 34; a second primary gear train 42 for transmitting power from a second input shaft 32 to the subsidiary shaft 34; a plurality of output gear trains 51 to 53 rotatably provided on an output shaft 33; and a synchronization mechanism 60 for synchronously joining the output gear trains 51 to 53. Step ratios upon gear shifts performed by only clutch change are set to be smaller than step ratios upon gear shifts performed by both clutch change and gear change.

  • Patent number: 8613353
Abstract: A parking lock device is mounted on a transmission of a vehicle. The transmission includes a housing and an output shaft. The park lock device includes a parking pawl including a pawl portion, a first coupling member coupled to a rear end portion of the output shaft of the transmission, and a second coupling member coupled directly to the first coupling member, the second coupling member being supported by the housing of the transmission through a bearing and being provided with an extended shaft portion formed in a same shape as the rear end portion of the output shaft of the transmission, and a coupling coupled to the extended shaft portion of the second coupling member.

  • Patent number: 8177687
Abstract: A power transmission device that can reliably prevent engine stall from occurring. The power transmission device includes a transmission clutch 3 interposed between an engine E and a transmission T/M, and control 22 for controlling connection and disconnection of the transmission clutch 3. The power transmission device also includes first engine stall risk determination 22 for determining based on an engine operation state whether there is an engine stall risk when the transmission clutch 3 is connected. The control 22 disconnects the transmission clutch 3 and controls the engine E to a predetermined rotation speed for a predetermined time when the determination by the first engine stall risk determination 22 is affirmed.

  • Publication number: 20090050435
Abstract: A parking lock device mounted on a transmission without modifying the constitution of the base transmission as much as possible and is constituted in a compact size. A first coupling member 11 is spline-fitted and fixed to a rear end portion of an output shaft 1 of the transmission by using a fixing nut 5, and a second coupling member 12 is integrally coupled to the first coupling member 11. A continuously indented portion 11C is formed along the outer circumference of the first coupling member 11. In a park locked state, a pawl portion 31A of a parking pawl 31 arranged on the lower side is brought in mesh with the intended portion 11C. The parking lock device is mounted on the rear end portion of the output shaft 1, and does not require the basic portion of the transmission to be modified. The second coupling member 12 has an extended shaft portion 12C formed in the same shape as the rear end portion of the output shaft 1.
