  • Patent number: 8747366
Abstract: To develop a medical needle having a small protecting member that is not separate from a needle and a hub, is not obstructive to the performer during use, and is easy to switch from being in a usable state to being in a protective state. A pair of wings are pivotally connected to a hub provided at the tail end of a needle, the wings being provided on both sides of the axis of the needle; one or two or more link members are connected to the tip of each of the wings with joints interposed therebetween; the tips of the link members are pivotally connected to a cylindrical protecting member slidably fitted onto the needle; and, when the protecting member is moved toward the tip of the needle, the wings and the link members move in such directions as to become parallel to the needle while the protecting member comes to cover the tip of the needle, whereby the above object is solved.

  • Patent number: 8728036
Abstract: A front portion of a tubular inner needle proximal end portion disposed at a proximal end of the inner needle is attached to a rear end portion of a tubular adaptor, a tubular outer needle proximal end portion disposed at a proximal end of the outer needle is inserted from a distal end of the adaptor, and a distal end of the inner needle is caused to protrude from a distal end of the outer needle. A restricting plate having an insertion hole through which the outer needle proximal end portion is inserted is inserted into the adaptor from an opening formed in an upper surface of the adaptor. A protrusion formed on a lower surface of the insertion hole protrudes upward and engages with one of the grooves of the outer needle proximal end portion.

  • Patent number: 8366675
Abstract: Body pressing surfaces of A and B members at which a body of the packing is to be pressed come into contact with the body of the packing, and the body starts to be pressed. Then, projections of the packing are pressed with a delay from the pressing of the body because of gaps provided between the projections of the packing and projection-pressing surfaces at which the projections of the packing are to be pressed.

  • Publication number: 20110276014
Abstract: An unlocked state, in which an inner needle can be advanced or retracted relative to an outer needle, and a locked state, in which the inner needle cannot be advanced or retracted relative to the outer needle, can be switched by a simple operation without rotating an inner needle. A front portion of a tubular inner needle proximal end portion disposed at a proximal end of the inner needle is attached to a rear end portion of a tubular adaptor, a tubular outer needle proximal end portion disposed at a proximal end of the outer needle is inserted from a distal end of the adaptor, and a distal end of the inner needle is caused to protrude from a distal end of the outer needle. A plurality of grooves are formed in parallel in a peripheral direction in a lower surface of the outer needle proximal end portion, a restricting plate having an insertion hole through which the outer needle proximal end portion is inserted is inserted into the adaptor from an opening formed in an upper surface of the adaptor.

  • Publication number: 20110028942
Abstract: To even out the contact pressure acting on a catheter when the catheter is fastened and fixed with a packing of a connector. When body-pressing surfaces of A and B members at which a body of the packing is to be pressed come into contact with the body of the packing and the body starts to be pressed, projections of the packing are pressed with a delay from the pressing of the body because of gaps provided between the projections of the packing and projection-pressing surfaces at which the projections of the packing are to be pressed. Thus, the contact pressure acing on the .

  • Patent number: 5229461
Abstract: A vinylidene fluoride copolymer comprising 50 to 90% by mole of units having the formula (I):--CH.sub.2 --CF.sub.2 -- (I)1 to 30% by mole of units having the formula (II): ##STR1## 1 to 30% by mole of units having the formula (III): ##STR2## 1 to 30% by mole of units having the formula (IV): ##STR3## and a composition comprising the copolymer as the main component. Since the copolymer is excellent in solvent solubility, it can be dissolved in a widely used solvent for coatings and it is not required to treat the film at a high temperature after coating. Moreover, the obtained film is excellent in adhesion to a substrate, glossiness, weatherability, stain resistance and corrosion resistance.
