  • Patent number: 4901602
Abstract: A planetary gear assembly is disclosed for a planetary gear transmission which also includes a sun gear and a casing. The planetary gear assembly is comprised of a ring-shaped planetary ring gear (7) and two planetary discs (6) supporting the planetary ring gear (7). Each planetary disc (6) has an outer thrust projection (17) and an inwardly projecting boss (18). The inwardly projecting bosses (18) support the inner surface of the planetary ring gear (7). The thrust projections (17) have a greater diameter than the tooth-edge circle of the planetary ring gear 7. A planetary shaft extends through planetary shaft hole (19) of the planetary discs (6) and is fixed by a carrier (4) at both ends. A unitary outer, inner-toothed ring gear (3) has an inner ring gear portion (8) and two outer cylindrical extension portions (9). The outer cylindrical extension portions (9) have a smaller diameter than the tooth-root circle of the outer ring gear portion (8).

  • Patent number: 4838123
Abstract: An outer inner-toothed gear is loosely mounted in a casing. Several coupling arc parts of the outer inner-toothed gear are fitted to coupling projections of the casing with clearances defined therebetween. The outer inner-toothed gear displaces in the radial direction. Radial displacements reduce the noise generation. The outer inner-toothed gear can deform in angular directions. Angular deformations alleviate impulses during reversions and suppress the noise generation.

  • Patent number: 4674360
Abstract: A planetary transmission (10) is provided having planetary gear assemblies (2) and an unified outer, inner-toothed ring gear assembly (3). The planetary gear assembly (2) engages a sun gear (1) and is comprised of a planetary ring gear (7) sandwiched between front and back thrust discs (6a and 6b). The unified outer, inner-toothed ring gear assembly (3) engages the planetary gear assemblies (2) and is comprised of an outer, inner-toothed annular ring gear (8) part sandwiched between front and back side annular ring parts (9a and 9b). The thrust discs (6a and 6b) are in contact with the side annular ring parts (9a and 9b), and the contact surfaces are complementary. The thrust disc outer diameter (D1) is equal to or, preferably, greater than the planetary ring gear (8) tooth-tip circle diameter (D2). The side annular ring parts (9a and 9b) inner diameter (D3 ) is equal to or, preferably greater than the tooth-bottom circle diameter (D4) of the outer, inner-toothed ring gear (8).

  • Patent number: 4617839
Abstract: All gears have asymmetric side circular parts on both sides. The side circular parts contact with and roll on each other. A planetary gear has a first planetary disc and a second planetary disc as well as a planetary gear ring. The first planetary disc has a smaller disc part smaller than the tooth-root circle. The second planetary disc has a big disc part bigger than the tooth-edge circle. The outer inner-toothed gear has a gear part, a smaller cylindrical part smaller than the tooth-edge circle and a bigger cylindrical part bigger than the tooth-root circle. The sun gear has a sun gear part, a bigger column part bigger than the tooth-edge circle and a smaller column part smaller than the tooth-root circle.After-insertion of sun gear is possible. Abnormal fitting of sun gear is prevented.

  • Patent number: 4600158
Abstract: A runner chopper comprising in combination a driving device, a main shaft (1) that rotates slowly by the action of the driving device, several rotary blades (2) fitted around the main shaft with some distances therebetween, and the same number of fixed blades (3) as the rotary blades (2) which are fixed in the vicinity of the rotary blades (2) wherein either or both the rotary blades (2) and the fixed blades (3) have centripetal slanting edges which cause the inward movement of objects that are sandwiched between the rotary blades (2) and the fixed blades (3).
