    Abstract: A probe for measuring oral pressure according to the present invention includes: a balloon 1; a hollow tube 3 that has a first opening portion 3b and a second opening portion 3c and is connected to the balloon so that the first opening potion 3b communicates with an inside of the balloon 1; and a port member 20 with a valve 13 connected to the hollow tube 3 so as to block the second opening portion 3c. The probe for measuring oral pressure according to the present invention preferably further includes a hard ring 8 mounted on a portion between an inflated portion and an attaching portion of the balloon 1. The valve 13 may be a disk-shaped valve with an insertion hole 13a, for example.

    Abstract: A tube clamp includes a housing 1 that has an inner cavity 2 longitudinally passing through the housing 1 and an upper window 3, and a roller 4 that is mounted in the housing with its cylindrical surface positioned at the upper window and is movable longitudinally in the inner cavity. A pair of guide grooves 6 is formed along the upper window and guides a roller shaft 5. A distance between a bottom face 7 of the inner cavity and the guide grooves is smaller in a pinching region 7b than in an open region 7a. When the roller is positioned in the pinching region, a tube 11 is closed between the roller and the bottom face, and when the roller is positioned in the open region, the flow path in the tube is opened. The tube clamp further includes a slider 8 that is attached over the roller and is movable together with the roller in the inner cavity.

    Abstract: A clip which solves a technical problem that the latching of the clip is not easily released by the external force caused by falling, etc., and is easily released when the clip is used. The clip has opposed clipping arms capable of forming an independent and separate space by pressing and holding a clipped object constituted of a flexible hollow member between them. The clip has a latching means on one end of the opposed clipping arm, which has a latching part capable of latching the clipping arms. The clip further has a latching releasing means capable of releasing the latching by an external force headed to an external direction from the clipping arm. The latching means has a supporting point part acting the latching releasing force, added to the latching means by the latching releasing means, to the direction to release the latching of the latching part.

    Abstract: There are provided a male type connector (1), a protective cap (2), an inner cap (3) that supports a disinfectant-impregnated member therein and is retained in the protective cap, and a female type connector (4) in which an inner cylinder is fixed at an end of an outer cylinder, the inner cylinder including an internal end portion located inside the outer cylinder and an exposed external end portion. The inner cap includes engaging legs at each of which an engaging convexity is formed. A front end portion of the male type connector allows the engaging convexities at the engaging legs to engage therewith from inside. An inner cap retaining portion is formed on an inner wall surface of the protective cap, and a force exerted by the engagement between the inner cap and the male type connector is larger than a force exerted by the inner cap retaining portion to retain the inner cap.
