Abstract: A transaction control system is disclosed wherein a center computer is connected through communication circuits with a plurality of terminal devices and wherein the users of the terminal devices do not suffer disadvantages in dealing produced by differences in transmission time with respect to the center computer. With this transaction control system, prior to the ordinary processing, the transmission time required to effect information transmission between the center computer and the various terminal devices is measured. Using the result of this measurement, an adjustment time is then set in each terminal device such as to make the transmission time coincide with a reference time. When in receipt of transaction information, each terminal device displays this transaction information after the lapse of the adjustment time after the time-point of its reception.

Abstract: A electronic dealing system (EDS), implemented on a general purpose computer used in processing transactions, establishes, manages and updates values of credit lines not only between individual customers but also between groups of customers or between one customer and one group of other customers. Plural customers can be assembled as a subject, or home, group for whom a common credit line is set relative to other customers or customer groups; further, an individual customer or individual group of customers can assemble other, plural customers as an object, or opposing, group and for whom a common credit line is set.

Abstract: The present invention proves an electronic dealing system, which electronically performs matching processing between information on transaction orders placed by order side customers and information on transaction orders placed by hit side customers so as to establish transactions the electronic dealing system detects orders for which hit requests have been made, but for which transactions have failed to be established for a long period of time and eliminates those orders from the electronic dealing market. Further, when transactions fail to be established due to factors other than the transaction price and the transaction amounts, other customers which would help establish the transactions between order side and hit side customers are found so as to increase the number of transactions which are established.
