    Abstract: A database managing module that is an order issuer server device or an order acceptor server device separately manages content data and management data of transaction slip data. Content data is a main text of a slip. Management data is extracted from the content data and used for searching the content data. Content data and management data are correlated with a document identifier uniquely assigned to the content data. When content data that is sent to a particular company is extracted from a large amount of content data, it is searched for management data with a key of the company name. Relevant content data is extracted corresponding to a document identifier of the extracted management data. The content data is transferred to the company.
