  • Patent number: 11041657
Abstract: A hot-water supply apparatus capable of restraining the occurrence of noises from a building wall surface side includes a hot-water supply apparatus main body having a burner and a heat exchanger that generates hot water by combustion exhaust of the burner, and a rectangular parallelepiped main body case that houses the hot-water supply apparatus main body. A back plate (5c), which closes the back side of the main body case, is installed to a building wall surface (W) such that the back plate (5c) opposes the building wall surface (W) with a predetermined void space (S) provided therebetween. A soundproof member (18), which closes at least a part of an open end of the void space (S), is provided on the main body case (5).
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20090229268
Abstract: A cogeneration system is preferably provided with a Stirling engine that has a pillar-shaped heated head, a burner that faces an end surface of the heated head of the Stirling engine, a first exhaust passage that extends along the side surface of the heated head of the Stirling engine, a second exhaust passage that continues from the first exhaust passage and extends along a side of the first exhaust passage opposite to the Stirling engine, and a first heat exchanger that is arranged on a side of the second exhaust passage opposite to the Stirling engine. This cogeneration system can recover more heat energy from combusted gas.

  • Patent number: 5417566
Abstract: In a burner plate having a multitude of fire holes each piercing through its thickness so as to effect a primary burning thereon with a high heat capacity, it is adapted to continuously differentiate a time period required for an air-fuel mixture gas to pass through the fire holes of the burner plate from a central portion toward an outer periphery of the burner plate.
