Abstract: A gaming facility having a plurality of coin game machines (100) and a coin handling mechanism (200) for supplying coins to the coin game machines and collecting coins therefrom is disclosed. The coin handling mechanism comprises a coin collection transporter (210) for collecting coins input for playing games, a coin replenishment transporter (230) for transporting coins with which the coin game machines are replenished, a replenishment coin supply unit (240) for supplying coins to the coin replenishment transporter, coin branch units (250) for making coins transported by the coin replenishment transporter branch therefrom into the corresponding coin game machines, and a controller (300) for at least controlling coin replenishment.

When a transport unit 70 and an introduction unit 80 are connected, if problems occur because of the outer frame dimension difference between gaming machines 11 or a combination of a gaming machine 11 and a pachinko ball lending machine 20, the transport unit 70 and the introduction unit 80 are expanded or contracted in a transport direction. If the transport unit 70 and the introduction unit 80 are set to a predetermined length, then both the units are fixed by adjustment screws 85b and 86b. This eliminates the need for manufacturing new transport units 70 or introduction units 80 of different types.

Abstract: A paper strip conveying apparatus provided along an objective conveying path, comprising an endless belt having its periphery in contact with one of the two faces of the paper strip and a plurality of pulleys provided along the conveying path so that their peripheries come in contact with the other face of the paper strip, between which a paper strip is pinched and conveyed. The object of the present invention is to shorten the length of the electric wire through which static electricity charged in a pulley flows out. In the present invention, both a pulley fixing board which supports the pulleys and a main body frame formed along the conveying path are formed of conductive material, and are electrically connected by a conductor.

Abstract: A paper strip transporting apparatus includes a drive pulley and a driven pulley (22, 23) which are separated from each other; a belt (25) which is disposed between and around the pulleys; a plurality of transporting rollers (27, 28) disposed along the belt (25) between the drive and driven pulleys (22, 23); and a drive unit (21) for driving drive pulley (22). Either one of the transporting rollers (27, 28) and the belt (25) has a convex portion and the other has a concave portion corresponding thereto at respective facing areas thereof. The transporting rollers (27, 28) are disposed with respect to the belt (25) so that the convex portion is positioned within the concave portion in a non-contacting relationship therebetween.

Abstract: A game machine island comprising ball lending machines each disposed between two adjoining game machines and ball lending machines of the same type arranged at the ends of the line of the game machines, respectively. A drive unit and a driven unit have introducing paths communicating with bank note discharging slots of the ball lending machines arranged at the ends of the island, respectively, for directly introducing bank notes discharged from the ball lending machines to the conveying belt. In the construction of the island, the installation and the wiring is carried out efficiently, and the workability of the installation can be enhanced, and the cost can be reduced.

Abstract: The paper strip conveying apparatus includes a conveying roller which is provided in such a manner that the outer peripheral plane comes into contact with one surface of a paper strip, a roller drive mechanism which rotates the conveying roller and a paper strip biasing member which is provided in such a manner that the tip portion comes into contact with the other surface of the paper strip. A convex portion is formed circularly along the outer peripheral plane of the conveying roller. The paper strip biasing member has a concave portion into which the convex portion of the conveying roller fits without contact at the tip portion. When the paper strip is sandwiched between the conveying roller and the paper strip biasing member, since the convex portion of the conveying roller fits into the concave portion of the paper strip biasing member, the paper strip is forcedly flexed so as to be urged onto the convex portion of the conveying roller and conveyed by the rotation of the conveying roller.

Abstract: A paper slip transport and stack unit is provided for separating received slips of paper into individual slips for transporting and stacking up them in an orderly manner in a stack section while counting the slips of paper by a count mechanism. The transport and stack unit includes a separation mechanism which always operates in one direction, a transport mechanism operating intermittently in one direction, and a paper slip lift mechanism in the stack section intermittently operating exclusively against the transport mechanism. The separation transport and paper slip lift mechanisms in the stack section are driven by a single drive source.

Abstract: In a paper sheet conveying and arranging apparatus, a low-friction paper sheet guide member (18) is located in a parallel relationship to a paper sheet advancing direction, and a rotating spiral contact (19) having an axis inclined with respect to a horizontal plane toward an upstream side from the line perpendicular to the paper sheet advancing direction and passing on the upstream side of the paper sheet guide member (18), is rotated with a distal end (19a) frictionally contacting the surface of the paper sheet guide member (18) so as to move the paper sheet downwardly away from the one end of a conveyer. The paper sheet is thereby turned from a horizontal posture to a vertical posture by a minimal turning operation.

Abstract: A paper sheet conveying apparatus, a paper sheet separator comprising a conveyer belt (24) movable in a paper sheet delivering direction at all times, a drive roller (42) rotating in one direction, and a separator roller (41) disposed between the drive roller (42) and the conveyer belt (24) so as to come into engagement with either one of the drive roller (42) or the conveyer belt (24) exclusively while maintaining a predetermined gap from the other so that a paper sheet on the conveyer belt (24) is moved back toward the upstream side when the separator roller (41) comes into engagement with the drive roller (42). The drive roller (42) is supported by a pivotable support arm (44) operatively connected for adjusting the predetermined gap.
