When an abnormality is detected, the sensor, the monitoring camera, or the power control apparatus transmits an abnormality detection signal to the master device. When the abnormality detection signal is received, the master device converts at least a part of the abnormality detection signal so as to generate notification information, and transmits the notification information to the mobile phone terminal. The mobile phone terminal displays a warning screen based on the notification information on the display unit.
