    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a base, a display unit containing pixels, a power supply circuit, a touch controller and a switching circuit disposed between the display unit, the power supply circuit and the touch controller. The pixels each includes a pixel circuit and a display element including a lower electrode connected to the pixel circuit, an upper electrode disposed to oppose the lower electrode and an organic layer including a light-emitting layer disposed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. The upper electrode is connected to the switching circuit, and the switching circuit selectively switches between connecting the upper electrode to the power supply circuit and connecting the upper electrode to the touch controller.

The dew point control method includes stopping or reducing supply of humidified gas into the furnace, and supplying dry gas along a furnace inner wall of the continuous annealing furnace in the continuous annealing furnace. According to the dew point control method, a temperature of the furnace inner wall of the continuous annealing furnace may be at least 30° C. higher than a furnace atmosphere temperature in the continuous annealing furnace.

The heating, soaking, and cooling zones each have, in its upper portion, at least one upper hearth roll and, in its lower portion, at least one lower hearth roll. The soaking zone has a first and second humidified gas supply ports to supply a humidified gas having a dew point of 10° C. to 30° C. to the soaking zone. The first and second humidified gas supply ports are 1.0 m to 5.0 m lower than the center of the lower and upper hearth rolls, respectively, and overlap the steel sheet. The first humidified gas supply port is provided only for an ascending pass and the second humidified gas supply port is provided only for a descending pass.

The extracted values are mapped onto points corresponding to the respective positions on the sample, whereby a spectral map is generated. The spectral map is displayed.

Therefore, the rigidity of the frame front connecting portion can be increased. An average grain size of the Sb—Te-based alloy particles is 3 ?m or less and a standard deviation thereof is less than 1.00. An average grain size of the C or B particles is 0.5 ?m or less and a standard deviation thereof is less than 0.20. When the average grain size of the Sb—Te-based alloy particles is X and the average grain size of the carbon or boron particles is Y, Y/X is within a range of 0.1 to 0.5. This provides an improved Sb—Te-based alloy sputtering target that inhibits generation of cracks in the sintered target and prevents generation of arcing during sputtering.
