  • Publication number: 20210218320
Abstract: A rotor is provided with: a rotor core which rotates integrally with a shaft and has a plurality of radially extending teeth; windings including coil portions wound around the teeth; a commutator that is attached to the rotor core and integrally rotates with the shaft, the commutator including metal commutator segments having contact portions with which precious metal brushes make sliding contact, and a plurality of terminals to which the windings are bonded; elements which include capacitors and respectively electrically connecting terminals to which both ends of the coil portions of the same phase are connected; and a coating layer formed of an oil applied to the contact portions. A motor includes this rotor.

  • Patent number: 10637322
Abstract: Provided is a brushed motor in which noise in a high rotational speed range is effectively decreased. A bar-shaped flat attachment 28 of synthetic resin is inserted along an axial line L into an opening of a slot 16 formed in a core 14 of a rotor 7, and fixed with respect to the core 14 and/or windings 17 using adhesive agent. The flat attachment 28 has side surfaces 28b and an inner peripheral surface 28c. The side surfaces 28b are engaged from an inner peripheral side with inclined surfaces 15a of teeth 15 adjacent to each other across the opening of the slot 16. The inner peripheral surface 28c of the flat attachment 28 has two ridges 28d protruding therefrom which are abutted against the windings 17. The flat attachment 28 closes the opening of the slot 16 and shapes an outer peripheral surface 14a of the core 14 into a flat cross sectional shape suitable for suppression of wind noise.

  • Patent number: 8330320
Abstract: [Problem to be Solved] There is provided a highly wear-resistant and durable sliding contact material applicable to a commutator of a motor used for high-capacity applications in which the initial starting current (IS) is 1 ampere or higher. [Solution] The present invention provides a sliding contact material in which metal oxide particles are dispersed in an Ag alloy matrix, wherein the Ag alloy matrix is an Ag alloy containing 0.01 to 10.0 wt % of at least one kind of Fe, Co, Ni and Cu in Ag, and 0.1 to 3.0 wt % of a Ta oxide is dispersed as the metal oxide. In the present invention, 0.1 to 10.0 wt % of metal oxide particles of one kind or two or more kinds of Mg, Fe, Co, Ni and Zn may further be dispersed. The sliding contact material is used in a mode of clad composite material formed by embedding the sliding contact material in a part of a base material consisting of Cu or Cu alloy.
