The casing has a cylinder portion having a cylinder axis extending along a vertical direction, an upper lid portion linked with an upper end of the cylinder portion, and a lower lid portion linked with a lower end of the cylinder portion. The resonance-suppressing member is installed at a height position that, in a case in which a standing wave of pressure having a first antinode, a node, and a second antinode from the upper lid portion toward the lower lid portion is generated in the internal space, is near a height position of at least one of the first antinode and the second antinode.
