Abstract: A syringe for retracting and storing of the needles for transferring the fluids is provided. The syringe includes a hollow rotatable and retractable syringe plunger body, a hollow syringe barrel slidably disposed inside the hollow rotatable and retractable syringe plunger body a plunger slidably disposed in the hollow syringe barrel, a syringe adapter attached to the front end of the hollow syringe barrel, a syringe plunger adapter attached to the syringe adapter, a hollow retractable barrel body attached to the hollow rotatable and retractable syringe plunger body. The syringe further includes plurality of springs, a first needle and a second needle for injecting and ejecting fluid, on using the first needle, the first needle is retracted and then the second needle stored in the syringe barrel is pushed out the hollow retractable barrel.

Abstract: A wearable apparatus for measuring physiological activities of a user is provided. The wearable apparatus includes a housing worn by the user having variable compression forces and a ring control center attached to the housing. The ring control center includes one or more sensors for measuring the physiological activities of the user, one or more compression control buttons for controlling the compression force of the housing on the user; and a display unit for displaying the value of the measured physiological activities received from the one or more sensors.

Abstract: A system for facilitating a platform for users to compete over a communication network. The system includes a camera for recording multimedia files, a database for storing multimedia files and instructions, and a processor. The processor includes an account module to register the users to access the database, a recording module records a video file of performance on the selected audio file in the beat module, a merging module merges the video file with audio file selected from the beat module to form a merge file, an upload module uploads the merged file on the database, an invitation module invites other registered users for a challenge on behalf of the first registered user, an acceptance module accepts the challenge on receiving a multimedia file from a second registered user, and a voting module receives individual votes from the other users, and further displays a winner based on the received votes.
