  • Patent number: 10928472
Abstract: A method for creating brain-machine interface based on received and filtered brain signals from a subject, classifying the filtered signals to classes of brain states, detecting one brain state from the classified brain states and executing by a machine a command that corresponds to the detected state.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 17, 2017
Date of Patent: February 23, 2021
Assignee: TECHNION RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION LIMITED
    Inventors: Daniel Furman, Hillel Pratt
  • Patent number: 10743790
Abstract: A method and system for determining the subjective state of mind of a human subject presented with a test audible or visual stimulus. An an electroencephalogram (EEG) recording unit is connected to the human subject, recording the subject's EEG when presented with one or more test stimuli. The recorded EEG signal is then transformed to a 3-D map in order to visualize the brain areas that were active when presenting the test stimuli. The given 3-D map of the test stimuli is then compared with reference 3-D maps of neutral and subjectively significant stimuli.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 7, 2011
Date of Patent: August 18, 2020
    Inventors: Einat Ofek, Hillel Pratt
