The housing includes an aperture having an opening defining an insertion path extending from a location external to the housing along a frame of the electrical connector to a location within the internal volume of the housing. The assembly includes a disc mechanically secured to the housing relative to the opening to obstruct the insertion path. A retainer and a bushing including a membrane for the electrical connector as well as methods of making an electrical connector are also provided.
