The document management and collaboration system may generate one or more suggested privileges associated with one or more users. An access control policy may specify whether system-generated user privileges may be enforced. If they are enforced, access to one or more document may be made subject to the generated privileges.

Abstract: Providing hospitality via a mobile device is described herein. One method includes determining, by a mobile device, a hospitality preference of a user of the mobile device for a particular location, storing the hospitality preference in a memory of the mobile device, and modifying, by the mobile device, an operation of at least one system device associated with the particular location to provide the hospitality preference responsive to a distance between the mobile device and the particular location exceeding a particular threshold.

Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems for controlling a building management system are described herein. One method includes authenticating a user for access to a plurality of building management system (BMS) applications. The authentication can include determining an identity of the user, determining access rights of the user, and determining a location of the user. The method can include receiving building data from the user associated with at least one of the number of BMS applications that changes a building parameter.

One or more embodiments include a system having a microgrid network with at least one remote network connection to a non-local network device and the network having at least one local legacy device in communication with the non-local network device and a bump-in-the-wire (BITW) security device between the local legacy device and the at least one remote connection.

Abstract: A system and method include obtaining data related to accessing cyber assets and accessing physical assets from a combined cyber access and physical access control system that protects cyber and physical assets of an organization from both authorized and unauthorized access with malicious intent. The system and method compare the data to known patterns of expected behavior, and identify patterns of suspicious behavior as a function of comparing the data to the patterns of expected behavior. The comparison is utilized to identify potentially malicious insider behavior toward the cyber and physical assets.

Abstract: Campaign messages may be prioritized for a given potential recipient by generating one or more learning structures associated with the campaign message. The learning structure(s) is then evaluated relative to the potential recipient to determine potential effectiveness of the campaign messages for the potential recipient. One such learning structure is a decision tree comprising a hierarchy of attributes associated with past recipients of the campaign message. Attributes associated with the potential recipient are then applied to the decision tree to obtain a metric of potential value of the campaign message to the potential recipient.
