The techniques include recording a sentence spoken by a user, performing a classification of the spoken sentence, wherein the classification is performed with respect to at least one N-ordered class, and wherein the spoken sentence is represented by a set of at least one acoustic feature extracted from the spoken sentence, and determining a score based on the classification, wherein the score is used to determine an optimal set of at least one question to assess pronunciation ability of the user without human intervention.

A method includes monitoring call establishment signaling associated with a request by a caller to establish a call from a first terminal of the caller to a first terminal of the callee, determining a location of each of at least one condition in the network, and routing the call establishment signaling to at least one of a second terminal of the caller and a second terminal of the callee based on the location of each of the at least one condition in the network. A method includes monitoring call establishment signaling associated with a request to establish a call from the caller to the callee, and routing the call establishment request signaling from one of a plurality of terminals of the caller toward one of a plurality of terminals of the callee.
