The anode plate (8) includes a copper foil (47) coated with a layer of mixture (49) containing petroleum coke. Provided among the cathode plates (7) and anode plates (8) is a solid state electrolyte (14) made up of lithium perchlorate dissolved in ethylene carbonate and diethyl carbonate.
