  • Publication number: 20240425572
Abstract: Provided herein are antibodies that specifically bind to a peptide antigen. Also provided are methods of detecting, isolating or quantifying the peptide antigen. In some embodiments, the peptide antigen is released from dystrophin or microdystrophin by protease digestion. Also provided are methods for detecting or quantifying microdystrophin or dystrophin in a sample using the antibodies. In some embodiments, a method described herein is used to monitor the expression of microdystrophin in a subject that has been administered a nucleic acid based therapy.

  • Patent number: 12135347
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for detecting and adjusting failed back-drills in PCBs in the process of fabricating a PCB so that the failed back-drill can be screened out or repaired. This is accomplished, by after detecting poor back drills in a PCB, measuring the actual thickness of each PCB board. Next, the measured actual thickness of each PCB board is compared with .the theoretical thickness of each PCB board. The back drill depth for each area of the PCB board is then adjusted for its theoretical thickness and percent variation from the measured thickness to adjust the poor back drill.

  • Patent number: 12113805
Abstract: A method and a computer network of interconnected computer nodes, one assigned a role of a deployer node, the deployer node creating and executing a rule-based block, and assigning others of the computer nodes a role of sensor node or a role of display node. The deployer node maintains addresses of the sensor nodes and the display nodes, the sensor nodes add sensor track data to create linked blocks, and the display nodes read the sensor track data in the linked blocks. The rule-based block includes a sensor add rule which checks that only computer nodes assigned the role of the deployer node can assign a computer node the role of sensor node. The rule-based block includes a sensor track data add rule which checks that only the computer nodes assigned the role of sensor node can request to add new sensor track data to create the linked blocks.

  • Patent number: 12067014
Abstract: Example aspects include techniques for clustering delete targets for vectorized deletion including retrieving, from a set of delete targets in a distributed database system, a file to be deleted, scanning existing clusters of files marked for deletion to identify at least one existing cluster of files having constraints corresponding to the file, based on identifying the at least one existing cluster of files, adding the file to the at least one existing cluster of files to create a new cluster of files, based on failing to identify the at least one existing cluster of files, creating the new cluster of files including the file, and generating, for each file in the new cluster of files and based on a deletion signal, a delta array including multiple bits representing data items in each file and indicating, based on bit value, target data items to be deleted from each file.

  • Patent number: 11895579
Abstract: A system and method for automatic offload in multi SIM devices. The system comprises a learning module [108] to learn the SIM slot ID of the inserted desired operator, the structure alignment and field information, wherein feedback of the learnt information is provided to the network server [114]. A method selection module [110] analyzes the structure alignment and field information for mapping unique connection methods to different devices. A WiFi configuration and connection module [112] uses appropriate WiFi configuration and attempts connection to desired Service Providers enterprise Wi-Fi AP using the determined connection method.

  • Patent number: 11793419
Abstract: Various methods and apparatuses are presented for an ingestible capsule that includes a digital, ingestible sensor component—or ingestible sensor—embedded into the capsule. The ingestible sensor component may be configured to activate upon coming into contact with conductive fluid, such as a body's stomach fluid. Once activated, the ingestible sensor component may be configured to perform various tasks, such as transmitting one or more signals and obtaining biometric data about the body that ingested the capsule.

  • Patent number: 11734282
Abstract: Example aspects include techniques for performing vectorized delete operations in a distributed database system including clustering multiple files stored in the distributed database system, and generating, for each of the multiple files and based on a deletion signal, a delta array including multiple bits representing the data items in the file and indicating, based on bit value, the target data items to be deleted from the file. Generating, for each of the multiple files, the delta array can include reading at least one second file shard of multiple second file shards before performing a join operation on at least one first file shard of multiple first file shards is completed.
