  • Publication number: 20240162788
Abstract: A temperature sensor detecting a temperature of a coil provided in a stator of a rotary electric machine includes: a sensor element including a thermosensitive body, electric wires electrically connected to the thermosensitive body, and an elongated covering body enclosing a part of the electric wires and the thermosensitive body, and configured to be inserted into a gap formed by the coil along a longitudinal direction of the covering body; and a bracket including a fixed portion to be fixed to the stator, and a supporting portion pressing the sensor element against the coil while elastically supporting one end of the sensor element in the longitudinal direction.

  • Publication number: 20220320971
Abstract: An object is to more surely prevent a temperature sensor inserted into a gap between coils, from slipping out of the gap. A temperature sensor includes: a sensor element including a thermosensitive body, paired electric wires electrically connected to the thermosensitive body, and a covering body having elasticity and covering the thermosensitive body; and a housing including an abutting portion and a supporting portion extending in a direction intersecting with the abutting portion, and the housing holding the sensor element. The covering body protrudes from the abutting portion at a position separated by a predetermined distance from the supporting portion. The paired electric wires are drawn out from the housing in a direction intersecting with the covering body.

  • Patent number: 11237062
Abstract: A temperature detection device according to the present invention can improve assembling workability to a coil. A temperature detection device 1 includes a temperature sensor 10 that includes a thermosensitive element 111 detecting temperature of a coil 8, a holder 20 that holds the temperature sensor 10 and positions the coil 8 with respect to the temperature sensor 10, and a clip 30 as an elastic body configured to sandwich the temperature sensor 10 and the coil 8 that are positioned by the holder 20. The clip 30 is movable to an attachment position where the clip 30 is attached to the holder 20 to sandwich the temperature sensor 10 and the coil 8, and a separated position where the clip 30 is separated from the temperature sensor 10 when the coil 8 is positioned with respect to the temperature sensor 10 by the holder 20.
