  • Publication number: 20250026264
Abstract: An exterior structure includes a non-light-transmitting portion configured to not transmit an external light, and a light-transmitting portion arranged near the non-light-transmitting portion and configured to reflect and transmit the external light. Light released outward from the non-light-transmitting portion includes light reflected by the non-light-transmitting portion. Light released outward from the light-transmitting portion includes a combination of light reflected by the light-transmitting portion and light applied to the light-transmitting portion from an inner side and passing through the light-transmitting portion. The color difference ?E between the light released outward from the non-light-transmitting portion and the light released outward from the light-transmitting portion is 5 or less.

Abstract: An imaging device includes a pixel electrode having a top surface and a bottom surface facing the top surface, a photoelectric conversion layer that is in contact with the top surface and converts light into electric charge, and a top electrode that faces the top surface of the pixel electrode with the photoelectric conversion layer interposed therebetween. The pixel electrode contains a nitride of a first metal, and a second metal different from the first metal. The nitride of the first metal is a main component of the pixel electrode. A concentration of the second metal in a first three-dimensional region including the top surface is higher than a concentration of the second metal in a second three-dimensional region including the bottom surface. The first three-dimensional region does not include the bottom surface, and the second three-dimensional region does not include the top surface.

  • Publication number: 20240379507
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a lead, a semiconductor element, a sealing resin, and a first conductive section. The lead includes an obverse surface facing in a thickness direction. The semiconductor element includes a circuit section, an element first surface, and first electrodes on the element first surface. The first electrodes are connected to the obverse surface. The sealing resin covers the lead partially and the semiconductor element. The lead includes first terminal sections and a second terminal section aligned in a first direction crossing the thickness direction. Each first electrode is electrically connected to the circuit section. Each first terminal section is electrically connected to the circuit section via one first electrode. The first conductive section is between the second terminal section and the element first surface and connected to the second terminal section and the element first surface. The first conductive section is insulated from the circuit section.

  • Publication number: 20240312878
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes: a lead including a main section that includes an obverse surface facing a first side in a thickness direction z; a semiconductor element supported by the obverse surface; and a sealing resin covering a portion of the lead and the semiconductor element. The lead includes a base member and a metal layer covering a portion of the base member. The lead includes a plurality of first terminal sections aligned in a first direction perpendicular to the thickness direction z. Each of the plurality of first terminal sections includes a first mounting surface facing a second side in the thickness direction, and a first side surface facing in a second direction perpendicular to the thickness direction z and the first direction. The first mounting surface and the first side surface are exposed from the sealing resin, and the first mounting surface and the first side surface are entirely formed of the metal layer.

  • Patent number: 10765366
Abstract: An appliance includes a belt that is worn by being wound around a wrist. The appliance includes: at least a first display region that is positioned in an area of the belt that corresponds to a volar-side surface or a radius-side surface of the wrist; and a second display region that is positioned in an area of the belt that corresponds to a back-side surface of the wrist. During a blood pressure measurement period, first control for displaying ongoing blood pressure measurement information only on the first display region is performed, and during a period other than the blood pressure measurement period, second control for displaying information that needs to be displayed on the first or second display region is performed.

  • Patent number: 9962120
Abstract: A control unit makes a provisional determination as to whether or not a measurement subject is moving using a detection signal from a sensor that detects movement in bedding on which the measurement subject is sleeping. In the case where at least one of a first period, in which periods determined to have body movement repeat cyclically, and a second period, in which a period determined to have body movement continues for at least a predetermined amount of time, has occurred, at least one of a period in the first period determined to have body movement and the second period are corrected to a period of no body movement.
