Abstract: A cleaning composition for semiconductor substrates. The cleaning composition comprises hydrogen peroxide, a hydrogen peroxide stabilizing agent, an alkaline compound, and water. The hydrogen peroxide stabilizing agent is oxalic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, hydroxyethyliminodiacetic acid, potassium oxalate, 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole, triethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid, trans-1,2-cyclohexanediaminetetraacetic acid, 8-quinolinol, L(+)-isoleucine, DL-valine, L(-)-proline, hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid, N,N-di(2-hydroxyethyl)glycine, glycine, L-tryptophan, 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, benzothiazole, or DL-alanine. The alkaline compound is a quaternary ammonium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide.

Abstract: The present invention can provide a cleaning solution containing 0.2-20 mass % of an amine compound (A), 40-70 mass % of a water-soluble organic solvent (B), and water, wherein the amine compound (A) contains at least one selected from the group consisting of n-butylamine, hexylamine, octylamine, 1,4-butanediamine, dibutylamine, 3-amino-1-propanol, N,N-diethyl-1,3-diaminopropane, and bis(hexamethylene)triamine, and the water-soluble organic solvent (B) has a viscosity of 10 mPa·s or less at 20° C. and a pH of 9.0-14.

Abstract: A door mirror base including a base main unit for holding a vehicular door minor and a gasket disposed between the base main unit and a vehicle body. The gasket includes a hook protruding toward a vehicle body side and to be hooked onto the vehicle body. The base main unit includes a reinforcing pin passed through the gasket and protruding toward the vehicle body side of the gasket along the hook. The reinforcing pin includes a locking portion exposed on the vehicle body side of the gasket and caught by a surface of the gasket on the vehicle body side. By visually recognizing the locking portion from the vehicle body side of the gasket, it can be confirmed that the reinforcing pin is sufficiently passed through the gasket. Additionally, the locking portion makes it difficult for the reinforcing pin to be removed from the gasket.

Abstract: An outer mirror includes: a mirror base which is attached to a side surface of a vehicle body of a vehicle; a shaft which is erected on the mirror base; and a mirror housing which is rotatably attached to the shaft and is provided with a mirror for reflecting a rearward of the vehicle body. The shaft is exposed in a gap between a top surface of the mirror base and a bottom surface of the mirror housing. The shaft includes at least one of a concave portion or a convex portion on a part of an outer circumferential surface of the shaft which faces to a front side of the vehicle body.

Abstract: In order to improve running stability of an ink ribbon during a recording operation and to obtain stable recording quality, a ribbon cartridge includes a ribbon guide member which is placed, at least on the side of a take-up reel of a pair of reels located inside a main case of the ribbon cartridge, between a ribbon edge in the widthwise direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction of the ink ribbon and the inner surface of the main case and is able to be rotated when the ribbon edge contact therewith.
