    Abstract: An embodiment provides a damper a damper including: a housing; a rotor; and a sealing member. The housing includes outer and inner cylinder portions to define a filling space portion therebetween for filling with a viscose fluid. The rotor includes a head portion and a cylinder portion extended downwardly therefrom so as to be inserted into the filling space portion. The sealing member seals the filling space portion. The rotor further includes axially-extending first and second groove portions provided on outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the cylinder portion near the bottom portion thereof. At least one of the first groove portions includes a communicating portion which communicates the inside and the outside of the rotor, and the second groove portion is apart from the communicating portion in a circumferential direction.

The side rock device includes a pair of lock arms, a housing which holds the lock arms movably, a slider defining inclining holes which engage with the lock arms and urge the lock arms to protrude and retract, the slider disposed in the housing, and an elastic member which elastically urges the slider toward a predetermined direction. When the slider is operated against an elastic urging force of the elastic member, the lock arms are retracted.

    Abstract: A heart cam and damper unit includes a base member having fixed cylindrical portions and a stopper portion, a rotating member having a movable cylindrical portion which is rotatably assembled to the fixed cylindrical portion with a viscous fluid interposed between the movable cylindrical portion and the fixed cylindrical portions, and a pinion gear rotating integrally with the movable cylindrical portion, a heart cam member rotatable fitted around an outer periphery of an outwardly located one of the fixed cylindrical portion and the movable cylindrical portion, and a device interposed between the base member and the heart cam member and adapted to rotatably urge the heart cam member toward the stopper portion. The heart cam and damper unit is interposed between a main body portion and a movable portion which undergoes opening and closing action with respect to the main body portion and is constantly urged in an opening direction.

    Abstract: A cup holder for a vehicle includes a housing 1 fixed on the vehicle's side, a slide member 11 movably supported in the housing back and forth, and a holder body 21 provided with two holding hole 22 for holding cups and movably supported by the slide member 11 left and right. The holder body 21 has its rear part whose one side portion is cut away slantingly so that a width of the rear part is smaller than that of a front part of the holder body 21. The cup holder further includes a tensile coil spring 31 between the slide member 11 and the holder body 21, for urging the holder body 21 to one lateral direction of the slide member 11 by the spring 31. Owing to the provision of the spring 31, the handling of the holder body 21 can be completed under a little resistance, improving the manipulating feeling.
