  • Publication number: 20240110898
Abstract: An analyzer for a rubber composition includes an acquisition unit, a peak identification unit, and an estimation unit. The acquisition unit acquires data acquired by allowing a rubber composition to undergo component separation and mass separation, the data being plotted in a space defined by a time axis, a signal intensity axis, and a mass component axis. The peak identification unit identities peaks in signal intensity for mass chromatograms corresponding to positions on the mass component axis. The estimation unit estimates at least either of a physical property and an odor degree of the rubber composition based on the peaks identified for the mass chromatograms.

  • Patent number: 10426386
Abstract: A non-invasive blood glucose level measurement device (1) is provided with a pulse waveform measurement unit (2) having FBG sensors (4) for measuring an acceleration pulse wave of a test subject; and a data-processing unit (3) for calculating the blood glucose level of the test subject at the point in time of measurement of the acceleration pulse wave, from waveform information of the measured acceleration pulse wave, on the basis of a predetermined correlation. The correlation is a calibration curve constructed by carrying out a PLS regression analysis, using the blood glucose level measured by a non-invasive blood glucose method as the objective variable, and a simultaneously-measured acceleration pulse wave as the explanatory variable. A non-invasive blood glucose level measurement device capable of measuring a blood glucose level at about the same measurement accuracy as an invasive blood glucose measurement device can be achieved thereby.

  • Patent number: 10376160
Abstract: A blood pressure measurement method uses a pulse wave measurement unit (20) for measuring the pulse wave of a subject using an FBG sensor (10), and a blood pressure value calculation unit (30) for calculating a blood pressure value from waveform date of the measured pulse wave. The blood pressure calculation unit (30) uses a calibration model representing the correlation between measured waveform date of a previously measured pulse wave, and a measured blood pressure value measured by an automatic blood pressure gauge at each measurement point in time of the measured waveform date to estimate the blood pressure value of the subject from the measured waveform date of the pulse wave. It is possible to realize an easy-to-use blood pressure measurement method capable of estimating the blood pressure value with accuracy required for the automatic blood pressure gauge and continuously measuring the blood pressure.

  • Patent number: 8936754
Abstract: There is provided a high-accuracy automatic analysis device achieving both of measurement in a wide concentration range and high sensitivity at a low concentration. The signals of a plurality of wavelengths ?1 to ?12 where the sensitivity of light absorption caused by fine particles is high from a light source 40 are converted to absorbances by a spectroscopic optical system (detector) 41. The absorbances are converted to a secondary parameter from in which a noise component is cancelled by using a previously-defined conversion table 54, so that a concentration of a measured material (predetermined component) is calculated by an operation unit (calculating means) 53 based on the secondary parameter. Thus, analysis being resistant to the noise even at the low concentration can be achieved in a range up to a high concentration.

  • Patent number: 8790598
Abstract: The present invention provides reaction cells capable of maintaining stable analytical performance by preventing bubble adhesion and reducing sample carryover even if the amount of sample liquid for a single test is further reduced in the future. The invention further provides an automatic analyzer that uses the reaction cells and a method for enhancing the hydrophilicity of the inner surfaces of the reaction cells. According to the invention, a reaction cell has a first electrode inserted thereinto and a second electrode disposed on the bottom side of the reaction cell. A voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode to cause electric discharge between the electrodes. This allows for enhancing only the hydrophilicity of the bottom inner surface and the four bottom corners of the reaction cell to which large bubbles adhere easily.

  • Publication number: 20130259745
Abstract: The occurrence of splash of a sample or a reagent from a nozzle tip is prevented during shifting of a dispensing mechanism. An automatic analyzer includes a nozzle for sucking liquid to be dispensed; a pump for allowing suction of the liquid into the nozzle and generating pressure variations; a pipe line connecting the nozzle with the pump; and a shifting mechanism for shifting the nozzle in horizontal and vertical directions. In the automatic analyzer, the pipe line is at least partially composed of a flexible tube. The flexible tube has an upward or downward convex bending portion in the middle thereof. The convex bending portion changes in position and shifts along with the shifting mechanism at a nozzle side.

  • Publication number: 20130171025
Abstract: In an autoanalyzer for analyzing a specimen such as urine and blood, protecting a measurement value of analysis from influence of a dispensing nozzle repeatedly used. For this purpose, a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative is chemically adsorbed on the surface of the dispensing nozzle. In this manner, a molecular layer for suppressing adsorption of biopolymers or adhesion of a specimen per se is formed on the nozzle surface to prevent accuracy of analysis from being influenced.
