  • Patent number: 9366139
Abstract: A repair method of a plate member disposed so as to separate a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space and having a cooling passage provided inside thereof along a surface thereof, comprising: removing a damaged portion generated in the plate member so as to expose the cooling passage; primarily filling an area where a material is removed so as to block the cooling passage and form an external shape of the plate member having no missing portion as compared to its original external shape; forming a first opening through which the cooling passage communicates with the low-pressure space on an upstream side, in a flow direction of a refrigerant in the cooling passage, of a position where the cooling passage is blocked; and forming a second opening through which the cooling passage communicates with the high-pressure space on a downstream side of the position where the cooling passage is blocked.

  • Publication number: 20150204543
Abstract: A gas turbine combustor is disposed in a casing interior space of a gas turbine. A combustor basket of the combustor is formed into a cylindrical shape by abutting ends of a curved panel member and welding the ends together along a welding line 16. A communication tube is provided for communication between an interior space of the combustor basket and an interior space of a combustor basket of an adjacent combustor. The position of the welding line of the combustor basket coincides with a connection position for connecting the communication tube to the combustor basket. A cooling air hole is disposed in the communication tube or in the combustor basket in the vicinity of the communication tube to introduce cooling air from the casing interior space 9 to the interior of the combustor basket.

  • Patent number: 8834154
Abstract: A transition piece of a combustor that sends high temperature combustion gas to a turbine includes a cylindrical body wall and cooling air passages. The passages are formed in the body wall so as to extend in an axial direction thereof, and each of the passages has cooling air inlet ports opened at an outer circumferential surface of the transition piece and cooling air outlet ports opened at an inner circumferential surface of the transition piece. The cooling air outlet ports form a plurality of lines in a direction oblique with respect to the axial direction of the body wall. A first distance between a first line of the cooling air outlet ports and a second line of the cooling air outlet ports adjacent to the first line is larger than a second distance between the cooling air outlet ports adjacent to each other.
