The first washer fluid spray means sprays the washer fluid onto a area in an upward wiping direction of the wiper blade when the wiper blade is located near its stop position, and sprays the washer fluid onto a area in a downward wiping direction of the wiper blade when the wiper blade is located near its inversion position.
