    Abstract: Provided is a sample analysis apparatus including: a syringe pump; a channel switch valve; a mixing container; a detection unit configured to detect a concentration of a specified substance contained in a sample solution; and a control unit configured to control the syringe pump and the channel switch valve. The channel switch valve includes a sample port, a reagent port, and a detection port connected to a detection pipe on which the detection unit is arranged. The control unit controls the syringe pump and the channel switch valve to draw the reagent solution from the reagent pipe to the mixing container, draw the sample solution from the sample pipe to the mixing container, draw the reagent solution from the reagent pipe to the mixing container, and supply a mixture solution containing the sample solution and the reagent solution from the mixing container to the detection unit.

    Abstract: Provided is a concentration monitoring system which allows continuous concentration monitoring of a processing tank. The concentration monitoring system is provided with a first cycle in which a sample of a processing liquid to which a chemical has been added is taken from a processing tank in which the processing liquid is stored and supplied to a concentration meter which measures the concentration of the chemical, a second cycle in which a chemical solution having a known concentration of the chemical is supplied to the concentration meter, and a control device which controls the first cycle to evaluate the concentration of the chemical in the processing tank on the basis of the concentration of the sample measured by the concentration meter and controls the second cycle to evaluate the precision of the concentration meter on the basis of the concentration of the chemical solution measured by the concentration meter.

    Abstract: A system for monitoring the alkalinity of a treatment liquid in a treatment tank includes a reaction tank; an indicator burette which drops an indicator into the reaction tank; a reagent burette which drops an acidic reagent into the reaction tank; a probe-type absorptiometer to be inserted into the reaction tank; a measuring device which analyzes the transmittance of a solution detected by the absorptiometer to calculate the alkalinity; a first system that collects the treatment liquid from the treatment tank for storing and supplies the treatment liquid to the reaction tank; a control device which controls the operation of the first system so as to supply the treatment liquid to the reaction tank, outputs a completion signal to the measuring device, and controls a discharge system so as to discharge the treatment liquid in the reaction tank, when the calculation of alkalinity by the measuring device is completed.
