  • Patent number: 11938739
Abstract: An ink refill container includes a container main body including an ink storage chamber, an ink outlet-forming portion provided on an end portion of the container main body forming an ink outlet that allows the ink to flow out from the ink storage chamber, and a valve provided in the ink outlet-forming portion configured to openably seal the ink outlet, in which the ink outlet-forming portion includes a positioning portion on an outer side of the ink outlet-forming portion. in which the positioning portion is closer to the container main body than the valve is to the container main body in a central axis direction of the ink outlet, and in which the positioning portion partially abuts against an ink tank when the valve is opened for refilling the ink to the ink tank, to thereby position the valve relative to the ink tank.

  • Patent number: 9983809
Abstract: A data-refresh apparatus performs a refresh control on a storage device being included in an onboard apparatus and including a NAND-type flash memory. The refresh control detects an error of all data and corrects a detected error. The data-refresh apparatus comprises a first refresh portion; and a second refresh portion that performs the refresh control when the onboard apparatus is installed to a vehicle and the vehicle subsequently becomes a predetermined service state. The storage device is written with data and subsequently soldered to a circuit board in manufacturing of the onboard apparatus. The second refresh portion includes a travel determination portion that determines whether the vehicle remains a travel state. The second refresh portion performs the refresh control while assuming that the vehicle becomes the predetermined service state, when the travel determination portion determines that the vehicle remains the travel state.

  • Patent number: 8892227
Abstract: A processing unit executes at least one of a task of a radio tuner, a task of a television tuner, a task of a playback control unit for playback of stored image and sound, a task of an indication unit for indicating image according to image data, a task of a navigation unit for detecting a present position and indicating the detected position on a map, and a task of a route search unit for searching for a route and indicating the searched route on the map, in accordance with a predetermined priority. When execution of multiple tasks by the processing unit exceeds processing performance of the processing unit, a processing suspension unit suspends a task, which satisfies a predetermined condition, among the multiple tasks currently executed by the processing unit, irrespective of a priority of the task.

  • Patent number: 8461972
Abstract: A transmission device includes a transmitter and a receiver and transmits an image signal of an image of a periphery of a movable object from an imaging device to a display device near a driver of the movable object. The transmitter transmits an image signal to the receiver through a first transmission path and a second transmission path. The transmitter adds error detection information to each unit data item of a screen of the display device to generate an image signal. The receiver detects an error in the first transmission path using the error detection information. When continuously detecting an error in multiple transmitted unit data items, the receiver determines that malfunction occurs in a transmission state of the first transmission path and selects an image signal transmitted through the second transmission path instead of an image signal transmitted through the first transmission path.
