  • Publication number: 20130189080
Abstract: A refrigerant being low in both ODP and GWP and containing at least hydrofluoroolefin having a double bond of carbon is used. By providing a first compression-chamber oil feed path for feeding refrigerating machine oil to a compression chamber 15 after the refrigerant has been enclosed therein, effects on the global environment can be suppressed and moreover temperature increases of the refrigerant due to re-expansion heating and feeding of high-temperature refrigerating machine oil can be suppressed, i.e., decomposition of the refrigerant can be inhibited.

  • Publication number: 20130108496
Abstract: A scroll compressor employs therein a refrigerant having a small global warming potential and a small ozone depletion potential and mainly comprising hydrofluoroolefin having a carbon-carbon double bond. A stationary scroll has and end plate and a discharge port defined in the end plate at a central portion thereof so as to open into a discharge chamber. The stationary scroll also has a bypass hole defined in the end plate to allow a plurality of compression chambers to communicate with the discharge chamber before the compression chambers communicate with the discharge port. A check valve is provided on the bypass hole to allow the refrigerant to flow from the compression chambers to the discharge chamber. This construction can restrain a baneful influence on the global environment, reduce a temperature increase caused by excessive compression, and restrain decomposition of the refrigerant even in long-term use.

  • Publication number: 20130058552
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a radiation detection data processing apparatus includes a data acquisition unit and a data processing unit. The data acquisition unit acquires a radiation detection data from a detector detecting radiation. • Publication number: 20110116321
Abstract: When an operational mode is shifted to a standby mode, a first transistor is brought into a conduction state by a control signal, and a word line is thereby clamped to a ground voltage. Further, a second transistor is brought into a non-conduction state, and supply of an internal power supply voltage to a word line driver is shut off. Subsequently, the supply of the internal power supply voltage is halted for saving electrical power. When the operational mode returns to a normal mode, the supply of the internal power supply voltage is started, and subsequently, the first transistor is brought into the non-conduction state by the control signal, and the second transistor is thereby brought into the conduction state.

  • Patent number: 7826298
Abstract: In an SRAM according to the present invention, an internal power supply voltage for a memory cell is applied to a back gate of each of P-channel MOS transistors included in an equalizer, a write driver, and a column select gate. Therefore, even if an internal power supply voltage for a peripheral circuit is shut off to reduce current consumption during standby, a threshold voltage of each of the P-channel MOS transistors is maintained at a high level, and hence a leakage current is small.

  • Patent number: 7653662
Abstract: It is judged whether the reference data is the latest and if not the latest, the data is updated to the latest in a short time. A program in which data creation procedure is pre-defined creates requested secondary data according to primary data. The primary data, the secondary data, and data update information including the primary data update time and the secondary data update time are stored in a storage device. When the relationship between data update information on the primary data and the secondary data used for creating the requested secondary data when generation of the secondary data is requested and the data update information on the requested secondary data does not satisfy a predetermined condition, a program for creating the requested secondary data is executed. Furthermore, the primary data and the secondary data are outputted to the output unit while correlating them to each other.

Abstract: Provided is a technology for helping safe driving and realizing automatic driving of vehicles, or for counting the number of passing vehicles on the road or monitoring those passing vehicles for their driving. Using a plurality of cameras mounted in a vehicle or provided above a road, even if the relationship between the road plane and the respective cameras constantly changes in relative position or posture due to camera vibration or a change in road tilt, any obstacles located on the road such as other vehicles ahead, parked vehicles, and pedestrians on the road are detected without confusing those with textures including white lines, road signs, paint, road stains, and shadows of roadside objects, all of which do not disturb vehicle driving.
