The apparatus is provided with a business form data request receiving section which accepts business form data request from client, a drawing object generating command generation processing section which generates a command for generating a drawing object that has property being set corresponding to user data which is identified by the business form data request, and a business form generating information file generation processing section which generates a business form generating information file that includes business form style data identifying information and a drawing object generating command.

Abstract: An business form issuing apparatus which is provided with a business form style data storing section which stores business form style data having a business form part arranging area being set therein, a business form part storing section which stores parts of business forms of a plurality of kinds, business form part reading section which reads out some of the part of business forms in accordance with user data, and a business form data generation processing section which generates business form data that has the part of business form being associated with the business form part arranging area of the business form style data.
