The label image assigning unit respectively assigns label images, each label image corresponding to each of address terms of image elements, to each position corresponding to each of the image elements in an object image, with respect to each of the image elements contained in the object image, the object image acquired as an object to be viewed by a plurality of viewers. The image output unit outputs an assigned image in which the label images are assigned to the object image.
