  • Publication number: 20240039515
Abstract: A radio frequency module includes a module substrate, a plurality of passive components disposed on a main surface of the module substrate, and a filter component disposed over the plurality of passive components, wherein the filter component includes series arm resonators that constitute an acoustic wave filter, the series arm resonator is connected between the series arm resonators, and a region of the filter component formed with the series arm resonator does not overlap the plurality of passive components and at least a part of the other region of the filter component overlaps at least a part of each of the plurality of passive components in a plan view of the module substrate.

  • Publication number: 20230319984
Abstract: Detection accuracy is improved with a reduced size. A radio-frequency module includes an antenna terminal, a signal input terminal, a signal output terminal, a mounting substrate, a chip inductor, and a directional coupler. The mounting substrate has a first major surface and a second major surface opposite to each other. The chip inductor is mounted on the first major surface of the mounting substrate. The chip inductor is provided in at least one of a transmitting path between the antenna terminal and the signal input terminal and a receiving path between the antenna terminal and the signal output terminal. The directional coupler is mounted on the second major surface of the mounting substrate, and at least part of the directional coupler is provided in the transmitting path.

  • Patent number: 5072237
Abstract: A thermal printer is provided which is coupled to include a source of printing signals, such as a portable hand held computer or data terminal, for printing an image on a sheet of printing material in accordance with the printing signals. The thermal printer includes a printer controller and a thermal printing head which includes a plurality of thermal heating elements aligned in a row across the sheet of printing material to generate heat to thereby print dots on the printing material. These heat generating elements are powered by a battery having limited size and power. The printer controller receives the printing signals and generates dot signals in response thereto for activating selected heat generating elements. The printer controller includes a counter which counts the number of dot signals. Depending on the number of dot signals for each line or row, the printer controller activates an optimum number of groups of heat generating elements to maximize printing speed for the amount of power available.

  • Patent number: 5016052
Abstract: This invention provides a microfilm reader/printer which in the power saving mode, namely, in the case when the machine is not in use, though the power is turned on, interrupts the supply of power to the unnecessary circuits, in particular, power to the light source drive for projecting microfilms is interrupted. Therefore, power consumption can be reduced as well as a prolongation of the life of the light source device can be realized. In addition, this microfilm reader/printer is designed so that the printing operation will not return to a prescribed printing mode even when the printing is interrupted for a fixed length of time, so that no misprints will occur even when a printing operation is resumed after a fixed length of time.
