  • Patent number: 9362808
Abstract: The method of manufacturing a rotor core of an electric rotating machine includes a preliminary shaping step of forming a boss section having a cylindrical portion extending in an axial direction, a disk section extending from one end portion of the boss section in a radical direction and preliminary shape portions of claw sections extending from a periphery of the disk section in the axial direction, a boring step of forming an axial hole extending through the boss section in the axial direction, an ironing step of forming the claw sections, and a sizing step to achieve a necessary thickness and flatness of the boss section. The ironing step is performed with a mandrel having an interference with the axial hole smaller than a boring punch being inserted into the axial hole after completion of the boring step.

  • Patent number: 8925362
Abstract: The method is for manufacturing a rotor core having a cylindrical boss section formed with an axial hole, a disc section radially extending from one end of the boss section, and a plurality of claw sections provided along an outer periphery of the disk section. A boss section-side hole as a part of the axial hole is formed by plastic deformation in a preliminary shaping step. The remaining part of the axial hole of the billet disposed on a die is punched through using a center hole punch having a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the boss section-side hole to form the disk section-side hole in the flush/punch through step, so that the axial hole is constituted of the boss section-side hole, the disk section-side hole and a step portion between the boss section-side hole and the disk section-side hole.

  • Patent number: 8179619
Abstract: A resin lens includes an optical functional section that has an optical function, and a flange section that is formed around the optical functional section. A reference face is used as reference during positioning and fixing, and is formed on one face of the flange section. The face on which the reference face is formed is molded by an insert that mainly forms the optical functional section and a holder that mainly forms the flange section, during molding. The reference face of the flange section and an optical functional face that is the face of the optical functional section facing the reference face are molded by the insert, and a face of the flange section that is closer to the outer periphery than the reference face of the flange section is molded by the holder.

  • Patent number: 5754160
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device in which a liquid crystal display panel is divided into a plurality of areas and the number of common lines scanned at once is changed for each of the areas. More specifically, the liquid crystal display panel is divided into a 2.alpha. drive area and a 1.alpha. drive area. Based on a CDB signal, a scanning circuit selects and scans two common lines at once in the 2.alpha. drive area and shifts the selected two lines one by one. The scanning circuit selects and scans one common line in the 1.alpha. drive area and shifts the selected line one by one.
