    Abstract: A dipping apparatus for dipping the workpiece W in a treatment bath. The workpiece is transferred while fixed on a conveying traveling body 2, and each one flipped upside down together into the treatment bath for carrying out a surface treatment of the workpiece W. The dipping apparatus is provided with a positioning and fixing device to position the conveying traveling body 2 onto the guide rail 17a on the rotation base 15 at a fixed position and to fix the conveying traveling body 2 to the rotation base 15. A feeding mechanism feeds the conveying traveling body 2 to the fixed position on the rotation base 15.

The laminate is characterized in that the same comprises a multi resin layer including at least three layers comprising adhesive resin layer (a)/barrier resin layer (b)/adhesive resin layer (a?) coextrusion laminated onto a base paper coated with polyethylene imine such that the adhesive resin layer (a) is contacted with the coated surface of the base paper, thereby enhancing an adhesion strength between the coextrusion laminated resin layer and the base paper, with lower odor and excellent barrier property.

    Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to prevent overdischarge of the secondary battery installed inside an electronic deice and to increase waterproofing ability of the electronic device. In order to attain this object, the electronic device of the present invention comprises a secondary battery, a main circuit which is operated by receiving power supply from the secondary battery, and a switch for ON/OFF controlling power supply from the secondary battery to the main circuit. With such a configuration, the secondary battery can be installed in the electronic device in advance at the electronic device shipping stage and waterproofing ability of the components accommodating the secondary battery can be improved. Furthermore, if the switch is switched off at the electronic device shipping stage, overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented and the electronic device can be stored for a long time with the secondary battery contained therein.
