    Abstract: In a monitor device, an input unit inputs patient identification information, an information acquiring unit acquires state information on a state of a patient, and a transmission unit transmits the patient identification information and the state information to a management apparatus. In the management apparatus, biological information acquiring unit acquires the patient identification information, the state information, and identification information on the monitor device. A determination unit determines, when the acquired patient identification information and that stored in a storage device match each other, whether the acquired device identification information and the device identification information mapped to the location information stored in the storage device are the same as each other. When they are the same as each other, a storage management unit stores the acquired state information by associating it with the patient identification information stored in the storage device.

An apparatus ID acquiring unit acquires an image processing apparatus identifier from the connected image processing apparatus. An apparatus type acquiring unit reads out the type of the connected image processing apparatus based on the image processing apparatus identifier acquired by the apparatus ID acquiring unit. If the image processing apparatus type read by the apparatus type acquiring unit indicates that the apparatus can transmit an image file directly to the image recording apparatus, a file acquiring unit reads out from the image recording apparatus an image file that the image processing apparatus stores directly in the image recording apparatus.

    Abstract: An examination-schedule memory unit stores an examination schedule including a plurality of examinations. An operation-status acquisition unit acquires the operation status of a washing apparatus that washes a scope used for an examination. A rescheduling unit changes the start time of at least one examination included in an examination schedule in accordance with the operation status acquired by the operation-status acquisition unit. The rescheduling unit may specify the washing-completion time of the used scope based on the washing-start time acquired by the operation-status acquisition unit, determine whether or not an already-washed scope will be available at the start time of each examination based on the specified washing-completion time and the start time of each examination, and change, when it is determined that there will be no already-washed scopes available, the start time of the examination to be after the time at which an already-washed scope will become available.

    Abstract: Contact pieces are accommodated respectively in contact housings in a main body portion. Each of the contact pieces has an intermediate portion extending between a contact portion and a terminal portion and force-fitted and held as a first discharge electrode portion in first positioning grooves. An arcuate grounding conductor is disposed on the main body portion and has integral second discharge electrode portions and dust-prevention lug portions. The second discharge electrode portions are held in confronting and spaced relation to the first discharge electrode portions via discharge gap holes formed in a side wall portion of the main body and are force-fitted and held in second positioning grooves. The first and second discharge electrode portions define discharge gaps therebetween.
