  • Publication number: 20120157611
Abstract: The present invention provides an excellent optical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having an excellent adhesion property to an optical member. The present invention relates to an optical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein a relative dielectric constant at a frequency of 1 MHz is 5 to 10, and an adhesion strength to a glass, which is measured with a peel angle of 180° and a tensile speed of 300 mm/min after 30 min of laminating the optical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to the glass, is 3 N/20 mm to 15 N/20 mm.

  • Publication number: 20110228467
Abstract: According to one embodiment, semiconductor memory device is capable of operating at a first mode and a second mode which is higher in speed than the first mode. The semiconductor memory device comprising: a semiconductor memory; a controller which controls the semiconductor memory; a connector which is provided with terminals for sending and receiving data to and from an external device; and a substrate on which the semiconductor memory, the controller, and the connector are mounted, the substrate comprising a plurality of wiring layers. The controller and the connector are mounted on an identical surface of the substrate. The substrate comprises a wiring which connects a mounting pad for the terminal for data transfer at the second mode of the connector and a mounting pad for a pin for data transfer at the second mode of the controller to each other on the wiring layer on a mounting surface for the connector and the controller.

  • Publication number: 20100296030
Abstract: An optical film that includes an optical compensation layer having a refractive index anisotropy satisfying nx>ny>nz. The optical compensation layer contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin subjected to ultraviolet cross-linking with a cross-linking agent having at least two double bonds, where nx: a refractive index in a direction (a slow axis direction) in which an in-plane refractive index of the optical compensation layer reaches its maximum ny: a refractive index in a direction (a fast axis direction) that is orthogonal to the nx direction within a plane of the optical compensation layer nz: a refractive index in a thickness direction of the optical compensation layer that is orthogonal to each of the nx and ny directions. The optical film has a high retardation developability and high retardation reliability, uses a material that is inexpensive as compared to polyimide and has a wide choice of solvents.

  • Publication number: 20090103017
Abstract: A liquid crystal panel 100 of the present invention comprises a liquid crystal cell 30, a first polarizing plate 10 disposed on a visible side of the liquid crystal cell and including a first polarizer 11, and, a second polarizing plate 20 disposed on a side opposite to the visible side of the liquid crystal cell and including a second polarizer 22. one polarizing plate of the first polarizing plate and the second polarizing plate is provided with a first retardation layer 12 which is disposed between the liquid crystal cell and one polarizer of the first polarizer and the second polarizer, and whose refractive index ellipsoid satisfies a relationship of nz>nx=ny, and, a transmittance of the second polarizing plate is larger than a transmittance of the first polarizing plate.
