  • Patent number: 7591727
Abstract: A game-machine operation-member rotation structure 3 is provided in which an operation member 31 attached to a rotation shaft 34 supported so as to rotate is turned right and left, including: a moving body 352 which protrudes in the radial direction of the rotation shaft 34, rotates together with the rotation shaft 34 and moves freely in the axial direction; a spiral guide 36 which is concentric with the rotation shaft 34 and moves the moving body 352 in the axial direction as the rotation shaft 34 rotates; and a stopper which is disposed on a movement locus of the moving body 352.

  • Patent number: 7328900
Abstract: An impact simulation apparatus is provided which allows a player to feel an impact simulation according to an impact image on a monitor screen. This apparatus includes: a seat belt as a body fixing member which fastens the player; an impact simulation giving portion which gives an impact to the player by straining this seat belt and has a winding drum, a belt pressing member, a driving motor, and the like; and a control unit which outputs, to the driving motor, a control signal for giving an impact when a simulated vehicle bumps on a predetermined condition, so that the seat belt can be slackened and strained.

  • Publication number: 20030109298
Abstract: On the lower surface of a sensor board 23 which serves as a ceiling of a motion sensor structure 20, optical motion sensors 31, 32, 33 are arranged in three row at the front side of a monitor 11, motion sensors 41, 42 are arranged in two rows at the left side of the monitor 11, and motion sensors 51, 52 are arranged in two rows at the right side of the monitor 11, whereby curtain-shaped detection planes are formed below these sensors, and an area surrounded by these detection planes is a play space. When a player moves his arms and legs to intersect with the detection planes while watching images displayed on the monitor 11, such motions are detected.

  • Patent number: 5951018
Abstract: This invention relates to a simulative driving game machine. A slide cylinder is driven in accordance with an acceleration of an accelerator or a deceleration of a brake to slide a connector provided at a lower rear position of a forward/backward moving unit along a guide rail and move a roller provided at a lower forward position thereof along a guide track. The guide rail is provided at a rear position of the game machine with a downward slope with respect to a forward direction of the game machine, and the guide track is provided at a forward position of the game machine with an upward slope with respect to the forward direction. When a driver attempts to start the game machine abruptly, the driver is subject to a force acting in backward direction of the game machine. At this time, a forward portion of a machine main body raises up, and a rear portion thereof lowers obliquely downward. When the driver steps on the brake, the driver is subject to a force acting in the forward direction.
