Publication number: 20240327191Abstract: A remaining amount detection apparatus detects a remaining amount of a beverage in a beverage barrel connected to a beverage server. The remaining amount detection apparatus includes a pressure sensor configured to detect a pressure in a channel for supplying a carbon dioxide gas to the beverage barrel, and a controller configured to obtain the remaining amount of the beverage based on a change of a detected pressure that is the pressure detected by the pressure sensor. The controller obtains the remaining amount based on a time ti between a first time tt1 at which a decrease amount of the detected pressure is larger than a first reference value R1 and a second time tt2 at which after the first time tt1, an increase amount from a minimum value Pmin after the detected pressure takes the minimum value Pmin is larger than a second reference value R2.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2024Publication date: October 3, 2024Inventors: Naoyuki YAMASHITA, Hirofumi IMAI, Kazuya SHIRAISHI, Hisashi UCHIDA

Publication number: 20240327193Abstract: A carbon dioxide gas supply apparatus 100 includes a pressure adjuster 10 configured to adjust a pressure of a carbon dioxide gas supplied from a carbon dioxide gas supply source 3 to a primary-side port P1 and send the carbon dioxide gas from a secondary-side port P2; a relief valve 20 connected to a first channel PH1 configured to connect the secondary-side port P2 and a beverage barrel 1; and a controller 30 configured to control the pressure adjuster 10 and the relief valve 20. The controller 30 controls the relief valve 20 such that a pressure in the first channel PH1 is reduced in accordance with an output of a temperature sensor 81 configured to detect a temperature of a beverage sent from the beverage barrel 1 to a beverage server 2.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2024Publication date: October 3, 2024Inventors: Naoyuki YAMASHITA, Hirofumi IMAI, Kazuya SHIRAISHI, Hisashi UCHIDA

Patent number: 5887604Abstract: Disclosed herein is a washing apparatus comprising a washing chamber, an opening/closing mechanism, and a nozzle. The chamber has an opening and is designed for washing the objects transported from outside through the opening. The opening/closing mechanism is designed to open and close the opening of the washing chamber. The nozzle is used to wash the opening/closing mechanism. The apparatus further comprises a washing vessel filled with a washing liquid, for washing the objects, and also a nozzle for applying a washing liquid to the objects located in the washing vessel when the objects are partly exposed as the washing liquid is discharged from the washing vessel.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 1996Date of Patent: March 30, 1999Assignees: Tokyo Electron Limited, Tokyo Electron Saga LimitedInventors: Shinya Murakami, Yuuji Kamikawa, Sinichiro Izumi, Noriyuki Anai, Takami Satoh, Hirofumi Shiraishi, Koji Harada, Takayuki Tomoeda, Hiroshi Tanaka

Patent number: 5782990Abstract: A washing method for washing objects includes the steps of supplying a washing liquid to a washing vessel and immersing objects in the washing liquid contained in the washing vessel. The method also includes the steps of discharging the liquid at least once from the washing vessel, and starting to apply the washing liquid to the objects when the objects are partly exposed to air as the liquid is discharged from the washing vessel. The washing liquid application is continued during exposure of the objects to the air to prevent the surface of the objects from being dried and stained.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 1997Date of Patent: July 21, 1998Assignees: Tokyo Electron Limited, Tokyo Electron Saga LimitedInventors: Shinya Murakami, Yuuji Kamikawa, Sinichiro Izumi, Noriyuki Anai, Takami Satoh, Hirofumi Shiraishi, Koji Harada, Takayuki Tomoeda, Hiroshi Tanaka

Patent number: 5435075Abstract: A spindrier comprises a box enclosing a plurality of wafers, a motor for rotating the wafers in the box, upper and lower clamp bars for holding the wafers face to face and substantially perpendicular to a rotating shaft of rotating means, and gas introducing and discharging mechanisms for generating a flow of clean gas in the box. A sectional area of an open bottom of the box is smaller than a sectional area of an open top of the box, and the gas flows from the open top to the open bottom.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 1993Date of Patent: July 25, 1995Assignees: Tokyo Electron Limited, Tokyo Electron Kyushu LimitedInventors: Hirofumi Shiraishi, Kenji Yokomizo, Kazuyoshi Mizumoto, Yoshiyuki Honda

Patent number: 5339539Abstract: A spindrier according to the present invention includes a box body enclosing a plurality of wafers, a rotor for holding the wafers in the box body and rotated by a motor, and upper and lower clamp bars for holding the wafers face to face with their faces directed perpendicular to rotating shafts of the rotor. The lower clamp bars are connected and fixed to the rotating shafts so as to hold lower rim portions of the wafers thereon when the wafers are set in the rotor. The upper clamp bars are connected to one of the rotating shafts at their base ends so that they can be swung vertically erect and also and horizontally relative to the rotating shaft and they are locked to the other rotating shaft at their front ends when they are swung horizontally. They include a mechanism for swinging them, a locking mechanism for locking their front ends to the other rotating shaft, and an unlocking mechanism for releasing their front ends from the other rotating shaft.Type: GrantFiled: April 16, 1993Date of Patent: August 23, 1994Assignees: Tokyo Electron Limited, Tokyo Electron Saga LimitedInventors: Hirofumi Shiraishi, Yoshiyuki Honda
