  • Patent number: 8244100
Abstract: An information reproducing apparatus for making sure a viewer watches commercial broadcast information contained in broadcast information. Concretely, a sequentially supplied series of broadcast data is stored in a storage unit linked with a supplied sequence. Also, based on predetermined identification information contained in this broadcast data, the commercial portions of the broadcast data are detected at a commercial detector. At the time of reproduction of the broadcast data, the detected commercial portions are first sequentially read from the storage unit and reproduced as images, audio, etc. at a reproduction unit. Then, after all detected commercial portions are reproduced, another series of broadcast data other than the commercial portions is read from the storage unit in sequence in accordance with the supplied sequence and reproduced at the reproduction unit.

  • Publication number: 20050128292
Abstract: The motion of a moving subject is captured at a short time interval up to a wide area by tracking and photographing the moving subject. A wide angle area is photographed by a first camera, an area narrower than the wide angle area is photographed by a second camera, the presence or absence of the motion in an image is detected by a motion detecting section by comparing the first image with the second image in terms of the difference of luminance levels. The correlation of the positions of the first image and the second image is recorded by a memory, and the photographing direction of the second camera is controlled by a controller by using the correlation information when the presence of the motion is detected by the motion detecting section.

  • Patent number: 6633291
Abstract: A three-dimensional shape model indicating a first part is constructed and a three-dimensional shape that works as a transparent screen is disposed thereon continuously. A sight line direction is set and the three-dimensional shape model is displayed after rotated in accordance with the set sight line direction. A first two-dimensional image is constructed in accordance with the sight line direction, and a second two-dimensional image is constructed. The first two-dimensional image and the second two-dimensional image are combined with each other so as to construct a combined two-dimensional image. The combined two-dimensional image is assigned so that the part thereof corresponding to the first two-dimensional image agrees with the three-dimensional shape model, and the combined two-dimensional image is displayed visually.
