  • Publication number: 20230001652
Abstract: [Object] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a layered composite that is high in both flexural modulus and moldability. [Solving Means] Provided is a layered composite including a carbon-fiber-reinforced resin in which a chopped strand prepreg obtained by impregnating fiber in resin is oriented in such a manner as to exhibit pseudo-isotropic properties, and a steel plate that is layered on at least one surface of the carbon-fiber-reinforced resin and has a tensile breakage elongation ? of equal to or more than 20%, the flexural modulus in a flat plate state obtained in compliance with ASTM D-790 being equal to or more than 30 GPa.

  • Publication number: 20200147681
Abstract: The present invention provides a Ni—B—Si three-element-based cast material containing a eutectic part of a solid phase mainly composed of Ni and B and a solid phase mainly composed of Ni and Si, wherein when a straight line is drawn in a surface or a cross section of the eutectic part, the average number of interfaces formed between the solid phase mainly composed of Ni and B and the solid phase mainly composed of Ni and Si on the straight line is at least 2.0 /?m. The present invention also provides a cast material comprising: hard phase particles mainly composed of a boride; and a binder phase containing an alloy containing Ni, Si, and B, wherein the average particle size of the hard phase particles is 3 ?m or less, the average aspect ratio is 2.0 or less, the contact ratio is 35% or less, and an intensity ratio IA/IB is 1/10 or less, where IA is the intensity of a peak derived from Ni31Si12 observed at a diffraction angle 2? within the range of 46.8° to 47.

  • Publication number: 20180195152
Abstract: A cast material comprising hard phase particles mainly composed of a boride and/or a carbide, and a binder phase including an alloy mainly composed of Co and/or Ni. The average particle size of the hard phase particles is 3 ?m or less, the average value of the aspect ratios of the hard phase particles is 2.3 or less, the content of the hard phase particles having a major axis exceeding 5 ?m is 3 particles or less per 2,450 ?m2, and the contact ratio between the hard phase particles is 40% or less.

  • Publication number: 20180186114
Abstract: There is provided a laminated tube including a first layer composed of a first material containing tungsten, a second layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first layer and composed of a second material having the property of causing no transformation accompanied by expansion when the second material is cooled from a temperature higher by 1,000° C. or more than the melting point of the second material down to 25° C., and a third layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second layer and composed of a third material having the property of being capable of causing a transformation accompanied by expansion when the third material is cooled from a temperature higher by 1,000° C. or more than the melting point of the third material down to 25° C.
