  • Patent number: 11480348
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes: a main body; and a tube sheet that is bonded to the main body with a brazing material and is used to fix the main body to a support by a fixing member. The tube sheet includes: a bonding surface to which the brazing material is applied; a rising portion that rises from the bonding surface; and a through-hole through which the fixing member is passed. The through-hole is opened at the rising portion, penetrates the tube sheet, and has an inner peripheral surface to which the brazing material is not applied. The main body includes heat transfer tubes through which refrigerant flows, and the tube sheet is bonded to surface of the heat transfer tube.

  • Patent number: 11248856
Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus includes: a casing that includes first and second spaces; a heat exchanger housed in the casing and including a heat exchange portion and a header collecting tube. The heat exchange portion includes a plurality of heat transfer tubes through which a refrigerant flows, is disposed in the first space, and causes the refrigerant to exchange heat with an air flow. The header collecting tube is connected to the heat transfer tubes and disposed in the second space. The refrigeration apparatus also includes a wind shielding plate including a wind shielding surface that shields the second space from the air flow, where the header collecting tube includes a header body portion that extends in a longitudinal direction of the header collecting tube, and the wind shielding plate is fixed to the header collecting tube and fixed to the casing or a component disposed in the casing.

  • Publication number: 20150027672
Abstract: In a heat exchanger, each of flat tubes (31) has an end portion inserted in a header-collecting pipe (70). When the heat exchanger functions as an evaporator, a refrigerant in a gas-liquid two-phase state upwardly flows in a subspace (71a) located in the header-collecting pipe (70). An effective cross-sectional area A of the subspace (71a) in the header-collecting pipe (70) is set based on a mass flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the subspace (71a) in the header-collecting pipe (70). The effective cross-sectional area A is obtained by subtracting a projected area A1 which corresponds to a portion of each flat tube (31) located in the subspace (71a) and is projected onto a plane perpendicular to an axial direction of the header-collecting pipe (70) from an area A0 of a cross section of the subspace (71a) which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the header-collecting pipe (70).
