  • Patent number: 10658904
Abstract: A rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor; a stator; a high voltage bushing; power lines connecting the stator coil to the bushing; a support insulator that supports the power lines; a rotating electrical machine outer casing that contains at least the rotor, the stator and a connection portion between the stator coil and the power lines, and is filled with hydrogen gas; and a terminal box which communicates with the outer casing and is attached to a lower portion of the outer casing, the insulator installed in the terminal box, and terminal box containing at least the power lines supported by the insulator and a part of the bushing connected to the supported power lines. The insulator is installed vertically on a bottom face of the terminal box, and the vertically installed insulator and a portion of the bushing in the terminal box are disposed in parallel with each other.

  • Patent number: 7714477
Abstract: In a stator core support structure in a conventional rotating electric machine, it has been difficult to set the circumferential and radial stiffnesses with which elastic bars support a stator core, to appropriate values in view of a relationship between transmission of torque and vibration prevention. In order to solve the above problem, sectional shape of elastic support bars is formed as rectangular, elliptic, rhombic or the like, and accordingly, the ratio between circumferential and radial stiffness of the elastic support bars can be changed.

  • Publication number: 20090140601
Abstract: In a rotary electric machine, for ensuring a cooling air flow between a rotor iron core and a stator iron core without enlarging a rotor, a separation preventing device is provided at a position between adjacent slots so as to correspond to each other at a shrink-fitting position where a retaining ring is shrink-fitted to a rotor iron core. Since a separation preventing position of the retaining ring is located at the shrink-fitting position, it is possible to reduce a length of the retaining ring itself so as not to be adjacent to the end portion of the stator iron core. Accordingly, a gap between the rotor iron core and the stator iron core does not reduce. As a result, it is possible to ensure a cooling air flow between the rotor iron core and the stator iron core without enlarging the rotor.
