  • Patent number: 11942495
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor chip, a circuit board, a heat releasing plate, an adhesive member, and a conductive member. The circuit board transmits a signal of the semiconductor chip. The heat releasing plate has the semiconductor chip disposed thereon, and has an opening in a region on the outer side of a semiconductor chip placement region that is a region in which the semiconductor chip is disposed. The adhesive member is disposed in a region on the outer side of the opening on a different surface of the heat releasing plate from the surface on which the semiconductor chip is disposed, and bonds the circuit board and the heat releasing plate to each other. The conductive member connects the semiconductor chip and the circuit board to each other via the opening.

  • Patent number: 6437048
Abstract: A plastic molded product of olefin (co)polymer composition comprises 0.01-5.0 weight parts high molecular weight polyethylene with an intrinsic viscosity &eegr;E in the range of 15-100 dl/g measured in 135° C. tetralin and preferably 100 weight parts polypropylene. The high molecular weight polyethylene has an average particle size in the range of 1-5000 nm and is finely dispersed as fine granules in the polypropylene, so that high melt strength and high crystallization temperature are attained, enabling various molding methods to be performed with high speed productivity. Using the polymer composition, plastics such as a resin foam, a film, a sheet, a layered plastic article with a coated substrate surface, a hollow plastic article, an injection molded plastic article, a fiber, a nonwoven web or a continuous tube-shaped plastic are provided. The olefin (co)polymer composition is obtained by preparing high molecular weight polyethylene granules using e.g.

  • Publication number: 20010050239
Abstract: A disc holding mechanism enabling a disc-shaped recording medium to be held easily and reliably without e.g., a finger end of a user directly contacting a disc-shaped recording medium to prevent the recording surface of the disc-shaped recording medium from being damaged. To this end, the disc holding mechanism includes an engaging section 51, engaged in a center opening 3 of an optical disc 2, a gripping section 52, for gripping the optical disc 2 engaged in the engaging section 51, and a releasing member 53 having releasing pieces 68 abutted by a holding area 4 on the outer peripheral side of the center opening 3 of the optical disc 2 to cause movement of the optical disc 2 in a direction a1 for releasing the engaged state of the optical disc 2 with the engaging section 51.

  • Publication number: 20010030137
Abstract: A disc housing case has a case body 21 having a case housing section 24 in which a plurality of disc cases 3 are housed as they are stacked in the direction of thickness and an insertion/ejection aperture 25 for insertion/ejection of the disc cases 3 to/from the case housing section 24. The disc housing case also has an arrangement switching mechanism 22 for switching a first arrangement state in which the disc cases 3 housed in the case housing section 24 of the case body 21 are arrayed with their respective outer circumferential portions set on a line and a second arrangement state in which the disc cases 3 are arranged to be projected in a step-like manner so that a part of outer circumferential portions of major surfaces of the disc cases 3 is exposed outward from the insertion/ejection aperture 25 of the case body 21.

  • Patent number: 4417167
Abstract: In a DC brushless motor including a rotor assembly having permanent magnets and a stator assembly having coils arranged in the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets of the rotor assembly, with the energization of the coils being controlled so as to impart a rotational torque to the rotor assembly; the permanent magnets of the rotor assembly are flat and are attached to a rotor yoke, which can be constructed as an octagonal prism, to provide a path for the magnetic flux emanating from the magnets and to support the flat magnets so that the latter form substantially a regular polygon in cross section. The magnets can be arranged with their poles in a north-south-north-south sequence against flat side walls of the rotor yoke to provide a flux density pattern that is substantially sinusoidal.
