  • Publication number: 20090031794
Abstract: The position of the rotation of a tire complicates the establishing of a wireless connection between a sensor unit attached to the tire and a sensor control unit attached to a vehicle body. A reflection plate (20) is attached to an inner surface of a wheel housing (16) at a position different from that of a sensor control unit (10). A transmission electromagnetic field from the sensor control unit (10) is reflected by the metal reflection plate (20) and transmitted to a sensor unit (6) rotated to a position to which the field does not readily reach directly from the sensor control unit (10). The sensor unit (6) varies an impedance of a coil antenna in accordance with transmission data, and generates a variation in the transmission electromagnetic field. The variation is detected via the reflection plate (20) as a variation in a transmission load of the sensor control unit (10), and the transmission data from the sensor unit (6) is detected in the sensor control unit (10).

  • Patent number: 7484760
Abstract: A column hole cover is interposed between a circumferential portion of an aperture of a column hole of an instrument panel and a steering gear box capable of being displaced in a predetermined direction. The column hole cover includes a cylindrical main body extended in the predetermined direction. The main body includes a first annular end portion directly or indirectly fixed to the steering gear box, and a second annular end portion. The second end portion is provided with an annular seal. An intermediate portion between the first and second end portions is provided with a expandable/contractible portion capable of being elastically expanded or contracted in the predetermined direction. Irrespective of the displacement of the steering gear box, the annular seal is maintained in an elastic pressure contact against the circumferential portion of the aperture of the instrument panel by a reaction force of the compressed expandable/contractible portion.

  • Publication number: 20080225980
Abstract: To suppress a noise component caused in conversion of digital data into an ASK modulated signal to be transmitted over a network. Based on a clock CL generated by a clock generation circuit (10), an amplifier (12) produces a clock CL1 having a relatively small amplitude, and an amplifier (14) produces a clock CL2 having a relatively large amplitude. A switching control circuit (20) generates control signals SW relative to switch circuits (16), (18) based on digital data D. The switch circuits (16), (18) selectively send either the clock CL1 or CL2 to an LPF (22) according to the signals SW. The LPF (22) receives a signal which is obtained by connecting rectangular waves having different amplitudes. The LPF (22) smoothes the received signal to thereby produce an ASK modulated signal which is a succession of sinusoidal waveforms.

  • Patent number: 7366491
Abstract: A raw signal is delayed in a delay circuit (1) and then supplied to one of the input terminals of a selection circuit (8). The raw signal is also supplied to another delay circuit (2) to be delayed. Subsequently, data of this delayed signal is processed by spline interpolation in an interpolation circuit (4), and the interpolation values are supplied to the other of the input terminals of the selection circuit (8). Further, a timer (7) is operated according to an output signal from a noise detection circuit (6) which detects noise in the raw signal. When noise is detected, the selection circuit (8) switches to select the output from the interpolation circuit (4), thereby achieving interpolation of noisy sections.

  • Patent number: 7338296
Abstract: In an electric apparatus having a bus bar, a plurality of electric parts and a number of terminals connected to external terminals are mounted on the bus bar. The terminals are arranged in two or more lines, plural terminals are arranged in each line. Therefore, a stability and strength in mounting the apparatus to a junction block is improved compared to an apparatus where the terminals are arranged in a single line. The electric apparatus according to the present invention can be mounted to a junction block by being supported with only the terminals of the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7262950
Abstract: A relay device includes plural relay units, each having a coil for opening/closing a contact point, a base plate made of resin and having wiring metal pieces, and a control circuit mounted on the base plate for controlling current supply to the coil. • Publication number: 20070195869
Abstract: When a transmitter device connected to a network system outputs a digital signal subjected to bi-phase modulation, a complicated detection circuit for detecting a digital signal is required on the receiver side. Therefore, in an interface device (4) which intervenes between the transmitter device and a communication path (6), transmission data S subjected to bi-phase modulation is converted into a transmission signal subjected to amplitude shift modulation, and the resultant transmission signal is output to the communication path (6). The interface device (4) converts the transmission data S into an NRZ modulated digital signal in the modulation method conversion circuit (12). The amplitude modulation circuit (14) modulates the amplitudes of a carrier wave according to the NRZ signal to thereby generate a transmission signal. In the interface device (4) on the receiver side, a detection circuit (22) detects a transmission signal to extract an NRZ modulated digital signal.
