  • Patent number: 11400625
Abstract: In an injection foam molding method, a relationship between a flow front moving speed (cm/s) of a foamed resin material in an injection step of injecting the foamed resin material into a cavity and amount of gas generated per 1 g of a resin material (ml/g) is defined as follows: the amount of gas generated per 1 g of the resin material is 0.36 ml/g or more; and the flow front moving speed (cm/s) is 75×the amount of gas generated per 1 g of the resin material (ml/g)?35 or more and 12 cm/s or more.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 18, 2020
Date of Patent: August 2, 2022
    Assignee: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHA

  • Patent number: 9618676
Abstract: A light-conducting apparatus includes a light source, a light-conducting member and a light-reflecting structure. The light-conducting member includes a ring-shaped portion, a light-receiving surface and a radially outwardly bulged portion. The ring-shaped portion extends continuously over an entire circumference of the ring-shaped portion in a circumferential direction of the ring-shaped portion. The light-receiving surface causes light from the light source to enter the light-conducting member through the light-receiving surface. The radially outwardly bulged portion is bulged radially outwardly from the ring-shaped portion and causes the light having entered the light-conducting member through the light-receiving surface to enter the ring-shaped portion in one direction in the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped portion.
