Abstract: A server that is a program providing device includes: a provision processing unit that provides a program part constituting a control program being a program to be executed in a controller; an authentication unit that authenticates an operation simulation module being a program for simulatively performing operation in accordance with the program part on a basis of a result of verification on whether or not the operation simulation module can simulate operation of the controller to be performed by execution of the program part; and an operation checking unit that checks operation of the program part by using the authenticated operation simulation module.

Abstract: A malfunction analysis support program causes a computer to perform a log data acquisition step, an action reproduction step, a three-dimensional data display step, a processing step being at least one of a program operation display step, a waveform display step, or a video display step, and a time synchronization step. The log data acquisition step obtains log data temporally sequentially recording a state of an operational part and input-output data of a control signal. The action reproduction step generates action reproduction simulation data obtained by causing a virtual object-to-be-controlled to reproduce an action based on the log data. The three-dimensional data display step displays the action reproduction simulation data as three-dimensional data. The time synchronization step synchronizes time between three-dimensional data displayed by the three-dimensional data display step and data displayed by the processing step.

Abstract: A maintenance assistance device includes a database in which maintenance assistance data is entered, an information obtaining unit to obtain, from a production facility, problem identification information indicating a problem having occurred in the production facility, an information retrieval unit to retrieve, from a plurality of pieces of maintenance assistance data entered in the database, maintenance assistance data corresponding to problem identification information obtained by the information obtaining unit, and a display control unit to display, on a display unit, a measure-taking method for a problem indicated by problem identification information obtained by the information obtaining unit, and a location of problem-causing factor, the location being the position of a target component on which the measure-taking method is implemented in the production facility, on the basis of maintenance assistance data retrieved by the information retrieval unit.
