Abstract: An eaves gutter includes an eaves body formed by bottom, front walls and rear walls, the eaves body being formed as a recessed groove with an upper part thereof longitudinally opening along an eaves edge; and a rising part above the eaves body along the longitudinal direction of the eaves body, wherein the outer surface of the front wall disposed on the outdoor side is an inclined surface inclined obliquely downward from the outdoor side toward the indoor side; and the rising part includes: a rising wall with an outer surface formed as an inclined surface inclined obliquely upward toward the indoor side from a position withdrawn on the indoor side in the horizontal direction relative to the outdoor-side end of the front wall; and a projecting part projecting toward the outdoor side from the upper end of the rising wall along the longitudinal direction of the rising wall.

Abstract: A building structure 1a, 1b, and 1c incorporates an outer wall 6 provided on a lower side of a sloped ceiling 2 in a slope direction, an opening part 5 formed in the outer wall 6, a box-shaped groove part 15 formed at a lower end of the sloped ceiling 2 along the outer wall 6 and having a lower opening 14 opened downward, and an attachment part 17 provided inside the groove part 15 and to which an upper end part of a light shielding material 16 that shields light incident on the opening part 5 is attached, wherein the groove part 15 is a ceiling-embedded type embedded in the sloped ceiling 2, and a lower end of a side plate of the groove part 15 on a side opposite to the opening part 5 is lower than a height of a lower surface of a frame 23 on an upper side of the opening part 5.

Abstract: A space configuration of a house is provided, in which the continuity from the inside of a room to a semi-outdoor space is created in various directions to give a feeling of openness in a large area inside of the room. Windows capable of daylighting and ventilation are provided respectively in two wall surfaces of a room so as to each have an opening width accounting for ½ or more of a corresponding wall length of the wall surfaces. One window has an opening that accounts for a whole ceiling height of the room, and a doorway is provided in the opening. On the outside of the one window, a semi-outdoor space including an exterior floor and an eaves ceiling is largely extended.
