    Abstract: An electric wire protection member that prevents a connector or a terminal portion from coming into contact with water due to water intruding into a grommet. The electrical wire protection member disclosed by this specification includes a tube-shaped corrugated tube that protects electrical wires; a tube-shaped grommet that has a connection tube portion for connection to an opening end portion of the corrugated tube, and protects the electrical wires in place of the corrugated tube; a tube-shaped holder that has a mating tube portion that is fitted into the connection tube portion of the grommet, and abuts against the opening end portion of the corrugated tube; and a rubber stopper that has electrical wire sealing holes into which the electrical wires are inserted in a sealed state, and that comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the holder.

    Abstract: A shielded pipe includes a pipe body that is made of a synthetic resin material and is formed into a predetermined shape, and a shielding portion that is constituted by a braided wire made of a plurality of metal wires formed into a tubular shape. The shielding portion sheathes an outer circumferential surface of the pipe body, covering the pipe body over substantially its entire length. The braided wire may be formed to be longer than the pipe body, and may protrude beyond the two ends of the pipe body. Furthermore, a heat-shrinkable tube may sheathe the braided wire and serve as a protective portion for protecting the braided wire.

    Abstract: A weight can be reduced, and a desired bent shape can be easily obtained with the shielded pipe of the present application. An electric wire that connects a battery and an inverter is inserted into a shielded pipe arranged underneath a floor of a vehicle. The shielded pipe has a pipe body that is made of a synthetic resin material and shaped into a predetermined shape. After the pipe body is shaped, a shielding portion is formed by spirally winding a ribbon-shaped metal foil around the outer circumferential surface of the pipe body. Furthermore, the shielding portion is inserted into a heat-shrinkable tube. The heat-shrinkable tube is heated and covers the outer circumferential surface of the shielding portion in a tight contact state, thus constituting a protective portion for protecting the shielding portion.

    Abstract: At the end portion of a wire harness that is connected through a through hole of a casing, a shielding shell is fixed to the casing and covers a connector for a harness attached to the end portion of the wire harness. A grommet covers the outside of the shielding shell. The grommet includes a main portion and a band-fastened portion, and a skirt portion extends from the band-fastened portion. A bundling band fastens the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion via the band-fastened portion, and the skirt portion is brought into intimate contact with the outer circumferential surface of a step portion that is continuous with the connecting portion. Sealing lips that receive fastening force by the bundling band and come into intimate contact with the outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion in a squeezed state are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the band-fastened portion.

    Abstract: A harness device is provided in which the number of parts is reduced. A pipe-side connecting portion of a grommet is fitted onto the outer circumferential side of an end portion of a shielding pipe, and a wire harness is inserted into the inside of the shielding pipe. A clamp member is attached to the portion in which the shielding pipe and the grommet are connected to each other. The clamp member includes a first and second divided bodies that are connected with a hinge edge so as to be capable of being opened and closed, and by closing both of the divided bodies, a tightening portion is configured to tighten the portion in which the shielding pipe and the grommet are connected to each other.
