    Abstract: An image recording device, which records an image on an image-drawing region of a strip-shaped flexible substrate stretched between a supply reel and a take-up reel, includes: a stage section for suctioning and conveying the flexible substrate; an alignment section for sensing an alignment mark of the flexible substrate; a correcting section which, on the basis of the sensed alignment mark, corrects image data to be recorded on the flexible substrate; and a recording section for recording the image data corrected by the correcting section on the flexible substrate. The stage section suctions the flexible substrate and moves reciprocatingly along a conveying path. On an outward trip, the alignment section senses the alignment mark of the flexible substrate, and on a return trip, the recording section records the image data corrected by the correcting section.

    Abstract: A heat development processor includes a heat roller whose peripheral surface is heated to a predetermined temperature, the heat roller being adapted to transport in close contact therewith a heat-developable light-sensitive material with a latent image formed thereon, so as to heat develop the heat-developable light-sensitive material; and a backup roller disposed in face-to-face relation with the heat roller and having a gap between the same and the heat roller, the gap corresponding to or greater than the thickness of the heat-developable light-sensitive material. Since a gap is provided between the heat roller and the backup roller, a nipping force does not act between them, making it possible to squeeze out steam from between the heat-developable light-sensitive material and the peripheral surface of the heat roller.

    Abstract: A color proof making apparatus for making a color proof for forming a color image having a dye image by exposing an ultraviolet light-sensitive material to ultraviolet light through an image original, and by heating the exposed material. The apparatus includes a plurality of filters disposed in correspondence with different light-sensitive wavelength regions of the light-sensitive material and respectively adapted to transmit therethrough only the ultraviolet light of corresponding wavelength regions for exposing the light-sensitive material sensitive to the light-sensitive wavelength regions; a selecting device for selecting one of the filters which corresponds to each image original; and a driving unit for inserting the filter selected by the selecting device into an optical path leading to the image original. Accordingly, the filter is inserted accurately into the optical path, and it is possible to make a color proof with excellent color separation and high definition with a simple process.

    Abstract: A photosensitive lithographic printing plate supplying apparatus includes a first suction device, which sucks an upper surface of an uppermost photosensitive lithographic printing plate of photosensitive lithographic printing plates stacked such that respective photosensitive surfaces thereof face downward and which raises the uppermost photosensitive lithographic printing plate, a second suction device, which sucks the upper surface of the raised uppermost photosensitive lithographic printing plate so as to support the photosensitive lithographic printing plate at one end thereof, and a rotating device which rotates the photosensitive lithographic printing plate supported on one end by the second suction device so that a photosensitive surface of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate faces upward. Accordingly, the photosensitive lithographic printing plates are supplied to an exposure device without the photosensitive surfaces thereof being contacted.

The positional relation between the first and second reference pins in the depicting section and the positional relation between the first and second reference pins in the punching section are set identically.

Then, the optical mechanism is displaced by successive intervals while photographing the images successively on the photosensitive medium at respective areas thereon with the optical mechanism. After all of the images have been photographed, the optical mechanism is positioned in the reference position again in preparation for photographing images on a next photosensitive medium.
