  • Publication number: 20030027590
Abstract: A mobile radio terminal device is of such a double-backing type as to connect an upper casing and lower casing to each other by a hinge. The lower casing includes an input section and a battery. The upper casing includes an antenna, a circuit board having a CPU, a semiconductor memory and a radio circuit, and an interface connectable to various kinds of devices including an external antenna. By a connection line pattern of the circuit board, the antenna and interface are connected to the radio circuit.

  • Patent number: 5557507
Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes first and second circuitry blocks mounted on opposite surfaces of a double-sided circuit board. A first shield case is attached to the circuit board so that the first shield case covers the first circuitry block. A second circuitry block is attached to the circuit board so that the second shield case covers the second circuitry block. A conductive component contacts the first and second shield cases and is engaged with the edge of the circuit board for enabling the circuit board to be electrically connected to the first and second shield cases.

  • Patent number: 5434582
Abstract: An extendable antenna which has a cylindrical antenna guide for slidably retracting a first antenna portion of the extendable antenna into the interior of a housing of a radio transceiver in which the antenna guide is provided at its one end with a cylindrical grounding connection member connected to a grounded portion of the radio transceiver and to be brought into contact with a first contact portion of the antenna when the first antenna portion is retracted into the interior of the housing. The grounding connection member is disposed to contact with the housing so as to face a water drain hole provided in the housing, whereby, when the first antenna portion with rain water attached thereto is retracted into the interior of the housing, the rain water introduced into the antenna guide is guided through the interior of the cylindrical grounding connection member and discharged through the water drain hole of the housing to the outside of the radio transceiver.
